I thought I would never return to Honda in Dartmouth after my last experience with Barry's. I thought I would give it a try since it was under a new ownership. I filled out a form on line at Honda and received an email from Sean. I stopped in on the weekend and met Sean. He was very pleasant, going above and beyond my expectations to make me happy. The salesman, George, a total gentleman and very professional, a great asset to Colonial Honda. Brian then stepped in and put all my anxiety about purchasing a new car at ease, extremely helpful. Mark, well he worked so hard to get me the financing that I felt comfortable with and I applaud him for that, it was not at all an easy task for him, he worked tirelessly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I felt confident, should I have any problems in the future, they will still handle it with the kindness and professionalism as they did during the buying process. After learning a horrible lesson by purchasing a used vehicle from Empire in Plymouth only to find out it did not have a title to it, luckily getting out of that deal, I needless to say did extensive research after that nightmare online and in magazines to find out what I wanted and what a good price and a great price was for the CRV. I then went to Boch, Silko, Prime, Weymouth Honda and finally Colonial. Colonial actually honored their online quote and beat the quote because Boch said they'd match it. All the other dealers just used that online quote to get you in the door and then added all kinds of extras on to the quote. You won't find any high-pressure sterotypical cars salesmen here, they are honest, hard working individuals who want to be the best dealership in New England. I ended up leasing a beautiful CRV through my business and Mr. Chun was very patient in dealing with the DMV on six different occassions because I did not have the exact paperwork the DMV was looking for for my business, then I finally did, and the IRS had my business name spelled differently than the State of Massachusetts and it got kicked-back again. Long story short, a tad frustrating, but Chun kept me grounded, tried to keep humor in the situation, and ultimately registered my vehicle for me after six trys. This dealership is a breath of fresh air. I wish them the best and hope that they reach their goal of Number One Honda Dealer in New England. Even though they are a hike for me from Halifax to Dartmouth, I will go back there after my lease is up in three years. Keep the integrity and honesty in the mix and you will be number one. That is what people are dyring for in this industry. More

We purchased a new CRV about a month ago. I decided it was time to replace our other car as well, and without hesitation we returned to Colonial Honda. I now wanted an Accord. The last time, I wasted the entire day running between different dealers. This time, I told George - "take care of me, I don't want to run to other dealers". Just like last time, George was true to his word. Found the Accord I fell in love with and removed all barriers to help me purchase this vehicle. At Colonial, if they didn't have the exact car I wanted - they didn't try and get me to switch to another model on their lot (like other dealers did). They don't even suggest it, George assured me he'd find whatever I wanted and was always friendly and courteous. I didn't have to speak to multiple people to make the sale, just George. It is so nice when the salesman doesn't have to send the manager to speak with you. Though, I made it a point to speak with the manager, Brian, to tell him how pleased I was with Colonial Honda. New cars are a significant purchase. Do yourself a favor, even if you look at other dealerships you really should stop by at Colonial Honda. It they treat you as they did my wife and I, you will be pleased. They made me feel that they truly appreciated having my business. Nice job. More

After a few weeks of getting prices from 3 dealers, and spending two days at another dealership, my husband and I finally ended up Colonial Honda. Not only did they offer the best price, but they really we spending two days at another dealership, my husband and I finally ended up Colonial Honda. Not only did they offer the best price, but they really were a hassle-free kind of dealership. One of my pet peeves is getting a phone call in reply to an email, and Sean replied to us quickly -through email- with the complete information I requested on several occasions. There were no 'surprises' when we went to dealership in person - everything was easy and straight forward. Most importantly to me was the customer service from internet to showroom. Everyone made eye contact, was friendly and we felt like they really appreciated our business. (This is not something that happens at all dealerships!) Overall, we are very happy with our entire experience and we would (and already have) recommend Colonial Honda. More
