There is no other Honda dealer better! I drove 2 hours to this dealership because I could not find the car I wanted closer to home. It was well worth it! I worked with Steve, who was amazing! He took great care to make sure I was happy with the car I chose, the price I paid and the add-ons I bought. He did not act like a typical salesman. I felt like I made a friend who really cared. He took his time with me and there was absolutely NO pressure whatsovever. I also dealt with Jake in service after the sale to arrange for the remote starter company to service it at my place of work. He was wonderful and took great care of me. My only regret? That this dealership is so far away! I would gladly make the drive to purchase a Honda at Colonial in the future and I would recommend it to others without a single hesitation! Brian was knowledgeable and honest. He was able to answer most of our questions about the various cars and if we asked something about the car that he didn't know he told us he didn't know. George greeted us in the lot and was very friendly. He listened to what I was looking for, a Civic, and showed me several. I asked to test drive the coupe and he brought one out with no hassle. I decided to purchase one and we went through the choices and paperwork with no problems. The price quoted was about what I remembered on the website. I decided on a red car, with cool mist as my second choice. When they checked the availability, there was only 1 red car available and no cool mist. Still, they managed to put a hold on the red coupe on Tuesday morning, and had it there in one day. Through the entire time there, there was no pressure. After having been to several other dealerships looking at cars, including another Honda dealer, I would definitely recommend George and Colonial Honda to someone looking to buy another vehicle. More
I do not recommend this dealership for a used vehicle because they tell u they will take care of any problems upon purchasing this vehicle. I received a failing inspection sticker from a state inspection shop for ball joints, and brought it back to colonial to get it fixed and they said it passes and did not want to fix. Upon test Driving the vehicle there was a vibration felt and told Stan that something was wrong and he said what ever it is it will be fixed. So, we did the deal and the next day he got back to me and said it was a bad tire on the truck, so when I went back to address the sticker they changed the tire and received another bad tire and had to get another from the tire shop and had me wait three hours for this. Upon finally getting the truck back the vibration is still there and now they said I have to go for a ride with the service manager because it there is nothing wrong withmthe truck. So now I have bad ball joints and a rejection in which the state police are involved in this, and a vibration in the truck that i feel for 60 miles everyday and no time to deal with. My sales man assured me everything will be taken care of and yet every doormhas gotten shut in my face. Also now upon having the truck for about three weeks the brand new brakes squeak, the drivers side window switch does not work, and my keyless entry is not covered by them. So that's why I don't recommend this dealership, worst experience ever. More

A Part was promised to me upon purchase(without being noted on sales agreement) and a few days later I got a call from Paul saying the part was in where at past dealerships the part just never seemed to make it to the dealership. This dealership has got my vote when it comes to taking care of there customers from beginning through end. I will Def.do business with these guys in the future and I have no problem mentioning the great service I received to everyone. More
We walked into this Honda dealership very skeptical, given the reputation that most new and used car salesman have. George Surdis approached my fiance' and I as we were looking at a certain vehicle (the given the reputation that most new and used car salesman have. George Surdis approached my fiance' and I as we were looking at a certain vehicle (the one I ended up buying) and told us all about the vehicle, and went with us for a test drive after he showed us the entire vehicle inside and out. We test drove it and fell in love with it. But we were still skeptical. He graciously talked it over with us and came up with a deal on the car that we could not refuse. He even managed to arrange financing for me at a time when I honestly didn't think I had a chance for financing, and at a good interest rate, too. Mr. Surdis was very professional yet down to earth and friendly and easy to talk to. He made us both feel very much appreciated as customers and we even exchanged a few baseball stories. We feel that George is wonderful at what he does and that he continues to make customers happy for a very long time to come. We will certainly recommend Colonial Honda of Dartmouth and in particular; George Surdis to any friends or family who plan on buying a new or used vehicle from now on. Just bought my second vehicle from John Wedenfeller and Brian - General Manager at Colonial Honda. I got an excellent price for my new car and a very generous amount for my trade in. I purchased a 2011 Acc Brian - General Manager at Colonial Honda. I got an excellent price for my new car and a very generous amount for my trade in. I purchased a 2011 Accord EX. In January I had purchased a 2011 Accord LX - P, because I couldn't get financed for an EX at the time due to a bankruptcy discharge from 03/2010. They got me financed for the new car at a 5% lower interest rate than I was currently paying and lowered my car payment by about $40 a month. I was able to get my car loan with a regular Bank, instead of a sub prime lender. They gave me more than any other dealer for a trade in value and sold me the new car for thousands less than anyone else would. They actually did all this and had to get the car in the color, that I wanted from another dealer. All this was completed in only a few days. They may not be as big sizewise as the big guys, but they will be soon. They have way better pricing than the big guys and want to earn your business. I am referring 2 of my friends to John due to my great experiences.If you want a Honda, this is the place to shop. More
