I had a very bad experience here. This place is not as honest as it first appears. Be careful. The tricks they play are not easy to find. If you want a peace of mind, buy a new car from other dealer. I found the experience of buying a new car from Colonial Honda a pleasant experience. I had entered the dealership with trepidation at how the whole thing would pan out, but Joe was very helpful and I feel Honda a pleasant experience. I had entered the dealership with trepidation at how the whole thing would pan out, but Joe was very helpful and I feel he and the manager gave me a fair price and were willing to meet me at the price I wanted. Picking up the car was excellent. Joe went over all the different controls on the vehicle and explained them thoroughly. I would definitely recommend Colonial Honda to others. More
Tom was very helpful without making us feel like he was pushing us into something. There were no issues with the car when we picked it up, and Tom was very informative when we asked questions about the ca pushing us into something. We went back a few days later for the inspection sticker, floor mats and a cargo cover. The service department was another positive experience. We shopped around to purchase our Honda CRV EX-L and went to Colonial because of their incredible price (which we obtained online). Joe Zekus worked with us and we cannot say enough good things about him - above all he was courteous, and allowed us to take the time we needed to make a decision - NOT PUSHY! He was ready to answer any questions we had, and if he couldn't answer them he quickly found an answer for us elsewhere. All that mattered to him, and Colonial Honda in general, was that we went away happy customers. Joe gets 5 out of 5 from us! Thanks Joe, thanks Colonial honda - I love my new CR-V! More
I am happy with the price we have. The salesperson, Julio, was good when he sold us the car. However, I'm VERY UNHAPPY with after I bought the car. Their office makes so many mistakes on our paperwork, and they take a very long time. I have to hunt them down to get things corrected and completed. Julio even argued with me on the phone about how it's not their fault or his faul that all of this happened but it was mine. Then he went onto saying that it was the Insurance company. It's passed a week, and I'm driving my new car WITHOUT insurance today, so I'm VERY UNHAPPY. Regardless of whatever the issue is, I expect the dealership to approach me and tell me they've hit a roadblock. It shouldn't be the customer chasing them down to ask how things are goign. Totally wrong!! Though I think we got a good deal and the service was good on the day we purchased the car, their followup service gave me a very bitter taste in my mouth, and I'm leaving this dealership with a negative thought in my mind. I do NOT recommend this dealership, however, I am not sure if ANY dealership is ever good with follow ups anymore. They got you to sign the contract.. so I guess their approach is that they could careless what happens to you after that. I am NOT happy. More
I cannot rave enough about how wonderful Julio Morales was to work with. He was exceptionally polite and kind...no pressure. What a terrific salesman! My wife and I were in the market for new Honda. Her 2004 Honda had relatively low miles and was in good condition but we had decided that it was time to get a new car. We first went to a Honda dealership that was very close to our home but our experience there was "disappointing" to say the least. The salesperson acted like they did not need our business. So we decided to look elsewhere and that is how we came upon Colonial Honda. I was contacted by Sean Connors after I had made an inquiry about purchasing a new car. Sean took a great deal of time explaining the benefits of purchasing versus leasing a new car. Eventually we decided to lease a 2011 Honda CRV. Our interactions with Sean continued since the car needed to be ordered because my wife wanted various accessories to be added. Sean remained in constant with my wife and I throughout the entire process. Sean made it clear that our business was very much appreciated. I will be recommending Colonial Honda to all my friends when they are in the market to purchase a new car. More
