Overall, a low-pressure buying zone BUT in contrast to other places I visited, I felt like they were interested in selling me a car. It may sound strange, but there were other dealerships that didn't really take me seriously, and that was not the case at Colonial Honda of Dartmouth. I would highly recommend them. More

No pressure at all, and Blake was very patient.Honestly I had no intention of buying a car at this location as it was the former "Barrys VW" place - but it's no longer a Barrys and has none of the Barrys sales tactics or poor service associated with Barrys. I was unsure what I wanted, asked alot of questions , test drove 3 different vehicles and did lots of homework before I made my decision, and in the end I got a BETTTER deal than what I calculated for on the internet. It's been 3 months since I purchased my insight and I have ZERO buyers remorse and nothing but good things to say about the car and Colonial Honda.I've purchased everything from Jeeps to BMWs to Volkswagons to Fords and I can honestly say this was the easiest car purchase I've ever made...and I got free oil chages for the next 3 years too (Usually only the 'luxury' dealers offer perks like that) More

I went in looking to lease a Honda Accord and I got more than I expected in terms of dealership quality. This dealership was a pleasure to deal with. I cannot say the same for another dealership where I first tried to purchase an Accord from (who went back on their deal just to get me in the dealership). These guys are honest and willing to work for you and make the sale as painless as possible. More

Very easy, pleasant experience. Our salesman was great and showed us cars within our stated price range, no pressure to "move up" or to "buy now". All we had to do was pick it up and sign a few papers, they even took a personal check, no need to go to the bank for a bank check. We met a number of staff, all very interested in making our transaction as smooth as possible. This is a community dealership and I would happily return. More

Having been a Honda owner for many years, I felt comfortable with the vehicle, but Sean took the time to explain all the details anyway, making sure I was completely comfortable with my new Accord w comfortable with the vehicle, but Sean took the time to explain all the details anyway, making sure I was completely comfortable with my new Accord when I left. Both he and George made the process of actually purchasing the vehicle simple, straightforward and no pressure at all. They both went out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied both with the car I had chosen as well as the price. In addition Ben handled the paperwork dealing with the financing and was both knowledgeable and courteous. It was due to his recommendation that I had the GlassCoat applied to the exterior of the vehicle before leaving the premises the evening I picked up the car. Everyone I dealt with at Colonial impressed me with their sincerity, helpfulness and familiarity with the automobiles and I will return to the dealership in Dartmouth for service and will certainly come back when its time for my next Honda. Earlier this month I went to Colonial Honda for routine service on my 2001 Accord. While I was waiting, Mitchell came over and talked with me about Honda cars in general and I told him of my interest in t service on my 2001 Accord. While I was waiting, Mitchell came over and talked with me about Honda cars in general and I told him of my interest in the Insight. He went and got one which we test drove - it's a really nice hybrid. There was no pressure to buy a car that day or any other. I asked him to call me if any good deals came up on the 2010 cars. Two weeks or so he called. I live on Martha's Vineyard and we were able to work out the whole deal, including accessories and financing, over the phone. Within a few days I went to Colonial Honda, finished up the paperwork, and drove away with my beautiful 2010 Honda Insight! I'm a happy customer. More
