Greg was very helpful. I had been to another dealership and really didn't want to waste my time or his and told him so. He came back with the exact car i was looking for in the color i wanted and with all the extras as i had asked for. He gave me a good deal and my husband was hesitant as he did not want to decide and regret his decision.in the end he came around great beautiful car and the financing was excellant. dont remember the gentleman's name that helped us with the financing but he was very good explained everything in detail.LOVE MY CAR! Sean was very knowlegable about the new Accord and made us feel very comfortable with Colonial Honda. so this was my 2nd car purchased in the matter of 7 days from this dealer. the first one was a 2011 CRV for my girlfriend, and this one, a 2011 accord coupe, was purchased for myself. Now, this didn't go off without a hitch like the first sale, but Tommy made every effort to make this as smooth as possible. Without getting into too many details, in order to get the model/color combination I wanted, colonial had to do what they refer to as a "swap" with another dealer. Upon arrival of my vehicle, lets just say it was less than perfect, which was no fault of colonial, but on the other dealer who they received the car from. Im not going to name any names, but lets just say I wont be going to any honda dealerships in newton any time soon. Anyway, Tommy and Colonial did everything in their power to make this car perfect again. Great job guys! To anyone reading this, call Tommy Kerr at colonial! no hassle, great guy, and certainly breaks the mold of the classic sneaky snakey salesman of the past. He makes buying a car almost as easy as buying bubble gum. And as i said, i liked my first experience so much, i went back and bought another. More

My experience with Colonial Honda was quite wonderful. Rob Crabbe couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The financial man (Paul Barton?) was most helpful and great to work with as well. There WAS some pressure to "seal the deal" that day---which we did----but it was in no way offensive. The dealership is obviously working hard to overcome the bad reputation of the previous owner. Great deal -- liked getting quote up front. Very attentive salesperson. Business manager did great job too. Better prices than I got on Cape Cod.
