Rob from the beginning was professional, non-pressuring and exhibited an excellent knowledge of the vehicle we were considering, a 2011 Honda Pilot. He answered our many questions in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. Kevin Lima the Sales Manager provided us with the price quotes we requested for both our trade and the Pilot with a no hassle approach, which having purchased many new vehicles before was appreciated. Being a comparitive shopper, it was both Rob and Kevin's presentation, their professional approach and Colonials ability to provide us with the best deal that led us to purchasing our new 2011 Honda Pilot EX-L from them. Rob was excellent in his follow through after our purchase, in letting us know the vehicle was located, that our accessories were installed, going over the vehicle at time of pick up from "head to toe" and has called us to answered any questions we may have had after taking posession of our new Pilot. All I have to say is Colonial Honda is the most ethical, fair, and easiest dealer to work with I have ever experienced!! I drove from 3 hours away in New York because all of the dealers in my area were either way overpriced on the car I was interested in, or were not offering anywhere near fair value for my trade (if you want to read about a truly horrifying experience please see my review of DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown, NJ). I decided to use the www.truecar.com website using my parents zip code in Rhode Island to see what pricing was like in a different area of the country on the Odyssey EXL-RES I was interested in. I was immediately contacted by Sean Connors in the internet sales department at Colonial. He was offering a fair price on the car I was purchasing and even gave me a fair value for my trade without having seen it! Of course this was predicated on my description of the vehicle being accurate. Once we agreed to a deal I worked with Joe Zekus the rest of the way through the transaction. I have to say that on my ride up to Colonial I was concerned that they would not live up to the deal we agreed to or would try some tricks once I was there. I shouldn't have worried at all. Upon arrival Joe took me out to show me the new car and evaluated my trade while they prepared the paperwork. After about 45 minutes, I signed the necessary documents, Joe gave me the full run down on the Odyssey and even set up my phone for bluetooth. I was on my way home within an hour. It was awesome! No games, no gimmicks, no upsale in the finance department. I was truly amazed. All in all I saved at least $2,500 by going to Colonial and I absolutely love the new car. When I am in the market for another Honda I will call Colonial first because they made what is typically a really stressful buying experience pleasant and easy. I have already recommended them to my parents and will continue to recommend to anyone locally that is willing to take a drive. THANKS JOE AND SEAN - you guys are the best! More

Joe went above and beyond to make both my wife and I more comfortable in the process. We bought 2 new cars in the past and we have never had such an easy experience buying a car. My grandfather drove a honda accord for nearly 30 years buying a new one every three years and I am confident in saying that my wife and I will be using Colonial Honda again in the future. There is no other Honda dealer better! I drove 2 hours to this dealership because I could not find the car I wanted closer to home. It was well worth it! I worked with Steve, who was amazing! He took his time with me and there was absolutely NO pressure whatsovever. I also dealt with Jake in service after the sale to arrange for the remote starter company to service it at my place of work. He was wonderful and took great care of me. My only regret? That this dealership is so far away! I would gladly make the drive to purchase a Honda at Colonial in the future and I would recommend it to others without a single hesitation! George greeted us in the lot and was very friendly. He listened to what I was looking for, a Civic, and showed me several. I asked to test drive the coupe and he brought one out with no hassle. I decided to purchase one and we went through the choices and paperwork with no problems. The price quoted was about what I remembered on the website. I decided on a red car, with cool mist as my second choice. When they checked the availability, there was only 1 red car available and no cool mist. Still, they managed to put a hold on the red coupe on Tuesday morning, and had it there in one day. Through the entire time there, there was no pressure. After having been to several other dealerships looking at cars, including another Honda dealer, I would definitely recommend George and Colonial Honda to someone looking to buy another vehicle. More
I do not recommend this dealership for a used vehicle because they tell u they will take care of any problems upon purchasing this vehicle. I received a failing inspection sticker from a state inspection shop for ball joints, and brought it back to colonial to get it fixed and they said it passes and did not want to fix. Upon test Driving the vehicle there was a vibration felt and told Stan that something was wrong and he said what ever it is it will be fixed. So, we did the deal and the next day he got back to me and said it was a bad tire on the truck, so when I went back to address the sticker they changed the tire and received another bad tire and had to get another from the tire shop and had me wait three hours for this. Upon finally getting the truck back the vibration is still there and now they said I have to go for a ride with the service manager because it there is nothing wrong withmthe truck. So now I have bad ball joints and a rejection in which the state police are involved in this, and a vibration in the truck that i feel for 60 miles everyday and no time to deal with. My sales man assured me everything will be taken care of and yet every doormhas gotten shut in my face. Also now upon having the truck for about three weeks the brand new brakes squeak, the drivers side window switch does not work, and my keyless entry is not covered by them. So that's why I don't recommend this dealership, worst experience ever. More

A Part was promised to me upon purchase(without being noted on sales agreement) and a few days later I got a call from Paul saying the part was in where at past dealerships the part just never seemed to make it to the dealership. This dealership has got my vote when it comes to taking care of there customers from beginning through end. I will Def.do business with these guys in the future and I have no problem mentioning the great service I received to everyone. More
