We went to purchase our used honda odyssey on Sat 2/26/11. The experience leading up to the actual signing and purchasing of the vehicle was great. John W was helpful and answered all of our questions. However, the "wheels fell off" so to speak after we signed. We returned to the dealership 1.5 hours later, as we were instructed, to pick up our vehicle. It was another 3 hours before we left with the vehicle, despite the fact that we were told it would be ready when we got there. The finance manager seemed inept. He did not know that we were financing the vehicle through our bank and not the dealership, then told us incorrectly that there was only one form he had to fax out to the insurance company. We gave him copies of what information was needed and who needed it and he told us he would "take care of it all." It was another hour before we were able to get into our vehicle. Despite the fact that we paid additional for "Certified" we did not have mats in the vehicle, and we were unable to use the radio because it needed a code that we were not aware of. I called our bank and insurance company on the next business day and was told that no information had been submitted. I received a message on our home phone asking when we were bringing the check in so that they could process the registration - an impossible feat as the dealership had yet to get any information to the bank. It took a full 4 days for the correct information to get where it needed to. In the meantime I also received a call from the Brian the sales manager looking for the check as well. He was rude, condescending and insulting. His tone was that of an adult talking to a rude child. It was not appreciated. If we weren't so far along in the process at that point I would have walked in and given him his keys back and taken back our trade in. Once we were able to give the check it took until I made a phone call on Monday 3/7/11 for them to inform us that they had the registration and the second key. When I returned that day to pick up the key and registration I was told that the wait for them to program the key and give me a sticker, as is commonplace when you buy a vehicle, would take more than 1 hour. I was then told to "call back before you are coming in so that we can tell you how long the wait time will be." Are you kidding me? After all that we had been through with this vehicle I expected that they would bend over backwards to complete their obligations. They did not. When my husband could finally return for the sticker, about 2 weeks after the original sale, he still had to wait an hour. My husband and I were hugely inconvenienced throughout this entire process, we both work full time jobs and have 2 children. I alone spent several hours calling the bank, insurance company and dealership to track down where the problems were. I do not feel that we had adequate service, or that anyone followed through completely with their tasks. In the end they got their money and that is all that they wanted. Well, speaking for my husband and myself, not only will we never purchase another vehicle at this dealership, we want recommend it to anyone else either. We also will not be using this dealership to service our vehicle. More

Kevin turned the sale over to Joe to do the paper work. Joe was professional and curtious. He did the lease papers and then kept me informed as to when I would be able to pick up the car. He came in on his day off just so I could have it on Friday. At the time of delivery, Joe showed us the car features and also went over the manuals and other books. I don't know the business man's name who did the final paper work, but he was also curtious and explained the lease deal again to make sure that I understood it. Thank you for your service. I purchased a new Honda Civic from Colonial Motors. As a subscriber to "Consumer Reports" I was able to secure written bids from all the various dealers in Massachusetts(Highly recommended). No matter what Honda model I selected Colonial's bid was always the lowest but because they were they were so far away (51 miles) I hesitated to drive that far. A call to the dealer however confirmed the price and down We went. We dealt with George Surdis who was highly competent and friendly and the paperwork went very smoothly. Because we had come so far the whole deal was wrapped up in one day and my daughter was very happy. George stayed with us throughout the whole day until we drove away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience thus far. Kristen was prompt and thorough in her email response. Other dealers lagged in response time and sometimes didn't even answer my inquiries! That gave me an instantly positive sense of who I was dealing with.When I went to the dealership for a test drive, I was warmly and respectfully welcomed. There was no pressure to buy or look at other models. My salesperson, Tommy, was low key, cordial and I trusted him right away. I was given a good trade-in deal, and a great price on my new Honda Accord. I have not dealt with the Service dept. yet, but imagine they will be excellent as well. I also want to compliment the person who wrote up my package , for being a no pressure person. Three hours for everything and I never noticed! I was smiling when I left. After several experiences over the years with car dealers, that is a great sign!! More

We had worked for months to pull a deal together. At the last minute, at the point that we were picking up the vehicle, the dealership (Silko) pulled the deal back. There was a typo on the title for the trade-in (mileage), an error made by the RMV. The dealership was willing to accept the trade-in, but reduced the value by 50%! Embarassed and shocked, we walked away. My daughter was heart broken. My wife contacted your dealership ont the telephone and was able to arrange for and close a deal within a matter of hours. Went in just to look at new cars on Washington's Birthday weekend, and left with a Honda CRV . Despite a very busy weekend for Honda, we were helped in a decent amount of time.
