We shopped around to purchase our Honda CRV EX-L and went to Colonial because of their incredible price (which we obtained online). Joe Zekus worked with us and we cannot say enough good things about him - a to Colonial because of their incredible price (which we obtained online). Joe Zekus worked with us and we cannot say enough good things about him - above all he was courteous, and allowed us to take the time we needed to make a decision - NOT PUSHY! He was ready to answer any questions we had, and if he couldn't answer them he quickly found an answer for us elsewhere. All that mattered to him, and Colonial Honda in general, was that we went away happy customers. Joe gets 5 out of 5 from us! Thanks Joe, thanks Colonial honda - I love my new CR-V! More
I am happy with the price we have. The salesperson, Julio, was good when he sold us the car. However, I'm VERY UNHAPPY with after I bought the car. Their office makes so many mistakes on our paperwork, Julio, was good when he sold us the car. However, I'm VERY UNHAPPY with after I bought the car. Their office makes so many mistakes on our paperwork, and they take a very long time. I have to hunt them down to get things corrected and completed. Julio even argued with me on the phone about how it's not their fault or his faul that all of this happened but it was mine. Then he went onto saying that it was the Insurance company. It's passed a week, and I'm driving my new car WITHOUT insurance today, so I'm VERY UNHAPPY. Regardless of whatever the issue is, I expect the dealership to approach me and tell me they've hit a roadblock. It shouldn't be the customer chasing them down to ask how things are goign. Totally wrong!! Though I think we got a good deal and the service was good on the day we purchased the car, their followup service gave me a very bitter taste in my mouth, and I'm leaving this dealership with a negative thought in my mind. I do NOT recommend this dealership, however, I am not sure if ANY dealership is ever good with follow ups anymore. They got you to sign the contract.. so I guess their approach is that they could careless what happens to you after that. I am NOT happy. More
I cannot rave enough about how wonderful Julio Morales was to work with. He was exceptionally polite and kind...no pressure. What a terrific salesman! He had Mr. Zekus assist us on his day off and Mr. was to work with. He was exceptionally polite and kind...no pressure. What a terrific salesman! My wife and I were in the market for new Honda. Her 2004 Honda had relatively low miles and was in good condition but we had decided that it was time to get a new car. We first went to a Honda dealership t Honda had relatively low miles and was in good condition but we had decided that it was time to get a new car. We first went to a Honda dealership that was very close to our home but our experience there was "disappointing" to say the least. The salesperson acted like they did not need our business. So we decided to look elsewhere and that is how we came upon Colonial Honda. I was contacted by Sean Connors after I had made an inquiry about purchasing a new car. Sean took a great deal of time explaining the benefits of purchasing versus leasing a new car. Eventually we decided to lease a 2011 Honda CRV. Our interactions with Sean continued since the car needed to be ordered because my wife wanted various accessories to be added. Sean remained in constant with my wife and I throughout the entire process. Sean made it clear that our business was very much appreciated. I will be recommending Colonial Honda to all my friends when they are in the market to purchase a new car. More
Got info from Colonial through TrueCar website. Excellent experience tonight at Colonial. I got a great price, no haggle, no excessive sales pitch. I'd definitely do business with them again and Excellent experience tonight at Colonial. I got a great price, no haggle, no excessive sales pitch. I bought a Honda Insight EX 2011 in July when there was a shortage due to the tsunami in Japan. Despite the shortage, Colonial Honda offered the car at a very reasonable price. Greg Dawson and Sean Connor assisted with my purchase, which started from email inquiries. They were very helpful and professional in accommodating my requests. Despite my numerous phone calls, Mr Dawson never lost patience and was always friendly. I would buy from Colonial Honda again and recommend working with Mr Dawson anytime. More
I went in for a new car or lease and the salesman, John W., picked me up right at the door. Got a good understanding of what we were looking for and our limitation. He didn't not push us to something tha W., picked me up right at the door. Got a good understanding of what we were looking for and our limitation. He didn't not push us to something that we couldn't afford and didn't waste my time, which I liked. The salesman seemed knowledge in the cars, however whenever ask any question about financing or sells price the answer was "I'm just telling you what they tell me." And as I listened to other salesman around, it seemed to be the reply that they all gave "I don't know, I just fill out paperwork." This makes me feel that I was talking to a puppet and in time I was dealing directly with Kevin because he could answer my questions. So we finially agreed on moving forward and Kevin stated that at most the car would be $285, and we would aim for $253 if credit allowed. I left, they ran my credit and I came back the next day and sit down with bold finance guy (can't rememeber his name). He nicely told me that the car would be $327 a month, and that number was not what Kevin stated the day before, so I questioned it. And finance guy relied with "this is the number." overall he didn't really care about what was promised/agreed to the day prior. After afew minutes of going back and forth with him and he did nothing for me. I walked out and spoke loudly at John so Kevin would come over and he did and he took me into the office and we sit down and reworked the numbers. I left in the end, came back the next day with more down and we closed the deal, and Stan stayed late 30 minutes to finish the paperwork, very nice of him. Overall, it seems that noone at the dealer can think for themselves but Kevin. I was told somethings and those things didn't happen. Also I was never called to let me know that the credit run was done, I had to hunt them down on that. The delivery of the car went well. John walked us through the manuals, and basic functionally of the car. He stood in the rain with us and walked us around the car. overall the delivery was a A-, I did ask how you check the windshield fluid and he told me that you can't and that he was told that its full so it must be, however I couldn't find a way to verify that and he did nothing to verify it too. The whole process was mainly painless. The dealership did work hard to get me into my budget and it showed. However, I feel that the rest of the stuff may need some training in what they are briefing and not just say that they are puppets. More
I had a bad experience at another Honda dealer, but Colonial was very professional and honest. I would recommend them for folks looking for new Honda Colonial was very professional and honest. I would recommend them for folks looking for new Honda More
