Colonial Honda of Dartmouth responded

We apologize for your feelings that we did something wrong. The basis of this review is that Colonial Honda charged an additional $87.50 over and above normal fees to cover the expense of registering a vehicle out of state. As much as we would like to be able to register vehicles in all 50 states at no expense to the consumer, it just is not possible. In order to register a vehicle in another state, we incur significant runner expense and personnel expense in researching and applying for title and proper registration forms... We sincerely apologize that perhaps we did not review this fee prior to the purchase properly, because many times lack of communications is the basis for many problems. In the future, we will sincerely try to do a better job reviewing the extra fees we incur when registering vehicles out of state.
