Lack of communication from the sales associate and finance manager. I waited for at least two week before I got any kind of answer. Jordan is a very pleasant person, hard working, friendly, and eager to help in any way that he could. He even programmed my favorite radio station into the car when we picked it up. I had a very bad experience here. This place is not as honest as it first appears. Be careful. The tricks they play are not easy to find. If you want a peace of mind, buy a new car from other dealer. I found the experience of buying a new car from Colonial Honda a pleasant experience. I had entered the dealership with trepidation at how the whole thing would pan out, but Joe was very helpful and I feel Honda a pleasant experience. Tom was very helpful without making us feel like he was pushing us into something. We went back a few days later for the inspection sticker, floor mats and a cargo cover. The service department was another positive experience.
