This is the most chauvinistic place I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Peter Slota, service manager should be in rehab. He should never be allowed to speak to people! Ric Ferreira is overly nice until you decide to not purchase the extra 12 flushes, at this point he becomes rude, belligerent, and has no time for you. You suddenly find yourself on the back burner as though he is making you pay one way or another for not spending the extra thousand dollars! Nick Surdis, doesn't return your phone calls when you leave a message with your concerns. I bet there isn't enough hours in a day to handle all the service complaints!! This place is a joke. It's laughable! I'd rather deal with Victor Sousa at Herb Chambers. At least there I'm treated like a human being. More
Hats off to the folks at Colonial Honda. Buying a car is usually like getting a root canal but I actually enjoyed my experience. This is usually the worst part. Kevin Ward was not only professional but he made me laugh time and time again. My payment only went up 37 dollars which I feel I got alot for my money. I cant recommend Colonial Honda enough. If you need a Honda, do yourself a favor and go see the folks at Colonial Honda! More

On Nov. 23, 2012, I purchased a 2013 Honda CR V using a trade-in 2008 Honda Civic and the balance in cash. My sales consultant was Barry Otto, and this became my best ever new car buying experience, and I trade-in 2008 Honda Civic and the balance in cash. I am 71 years young, and have Parkinson's. So the last thing I need is the usual stressful, unplesant process of buying a new vehicle. The entire deal was finished in only one visit to the dealer, no annoying phone calls, and only 2 1/2 hours of my time. Barry turned me over to financial servicer Kevin Ward, who finalized the purchase in about five minutes! I picked up my new Honda on Nov. 24, the next day. Am I glad I ran into Mr. Otto! He made me feel welcome from the very first "Hello" until the final wave 'good-bye'. He was quite polite and prompt, and every department involved worked with him to make this sale work. That's the way car buying and selling should be -- happy customers, appreciative dealership employees, and general good will. Ask for sales consultant Barry Otto when you stop in. He'll treat you well! More

I informed him what I was interested in and he brought me out to the lot to look at the vehicles. I test drove my first choice and Charlie went over the car's features. I went back in and completed forms and waited for GM's figures and financing. I had always obtained loans in the past to purchase vehicles and have never financed a car. Charlie explained how the financing works and I chose that option. Met with John and Kevin, both were extremely nice and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience tremendously, I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying or leasing a vehicle from this experienced, professional, and friendly dealership. More
I came into Colonial Honda for the first time on Black Friday for their free oil change special. They took very good care of me, and treated me well - I had a bad experience at Barrys Honda many years ago Friday for their free oil change special. They took very good care of me, and treated me well - I had a bad experience at Barrys Honda many years ago and never went back. Now, I am a Colonial Customer for life. They gave me 10% off on a few maintenance items i needed and I decided to go with it, only because of how well they treated me. I'll be back for breaks next month. More
Worst people I have ever dealt with. I noticed they only hand people that had a pleasant experience information to rate them online. I would like to take moment and express my experience at colonial honda. I had been searching for A car for months had put an inquiry on line with no number. just an email adress and was contacted my Tanya colonial honda. And was responded to within Minutes by a price quote. I was not ready to buy just searching for the time being. Finally after getting repeat emails from her.I decided to give her a call and I must say was the best experience one could have she answered all my questions made me feel so comfortable on the phone.Also asked me if I would like to schedule a test drive that day for morning or afternoon giving me a choice which i found to be great no other dealer gave me an option of morning or afternoon to fit my needs.I schedule for the afternoon and drove 2 hrs to meet this friendly person on the phone. And when i arrived she thanked me for coming shook my hand asked me if i wanted a drin k or a cookie gave me to a great salesperson Joe. I had other quotes from dealers that where a little lower then hers but she never gave up on me and i felt i owed it to her you got a great girl there and management team i will tell all my family and friends. He has always followed up with me or my wife gto ensure we happy or needed any assistance with anything, he is by far the most professional and well educated sales associate i have had the opperunity to deal with in the past 17 years owning hondas,with that being said if anyone is on the market for a vehicle wether a honda or not i would strongly recommend you stop and take some time to have a very good buying experience wich at times have been stressful for us with others agiain i would like to thank you Brian and i know we will talk soon ps Mike and Caitlin More
