Saturday morning car shopping started at Colonial Honda with no intention of actually buying that day but after meeting with Barry Otto and his team, we just couldn't leave without signing for our 2012 Hon with no intention of actually buying that day but after meeting with Barry Otto and his team, we just couldn't leave without signing for our 2012 Honda Crosstour EX-L. We absolutely love the car but we really enjoyed working with Barry, he was professional from the moment that he walked up to us in the lot all the way through getting us the best deal! My husband and I never felt pressured that we had to buy a car, it was just about getting us the best deal and most importantly, what we could afford, afterall that's what really matters. He wasn't pushy at all and respected my request not to ask me how much I wanted my monthly loan payment to be. He was patient and knew all the options for the different models that I was interested in. He made the negotiating experience as pleasant as it can be. He also had the patience to show me how the technology worked and encouraged me to return if I needed further assistance, knowing that i would never remember everything he had explained. I will seek out Barry again when the time comes to buy again. More
