The service was terrible compared to the dealer in Middletown. They acted like they were doing you a favor. The service was shoty to say the least. The waiting room in this brand new building was disgusting. Stains on the rug and furniture. People shopping aren't only looking for good prices but they are looking for good customer service. You may want to consider doing a public relations seminar with the unprofessional staff (at least the ones I came in contact with) I have also compared prices at many dealerships and have not found the prices to be any less. The Internet person has no social skills what so ever. When you call someone searching for a new car and sound bummed out and aggravated, do really think that is good representation for your company? More

Bait and Change Price Saw a 2014 Accord Sport (with after market heated leather) on cars.com listed for 20,717 with 290 miles. Drove 1 hour and 20 min to get there. Met with Neil ( seems like a great guy, trying to be as knowledgeable as possible on all the features) . Btw the Mileage is around 3,400 not 290. He brings out 4 square, not necessary as I have no trade in, no down payment and financing in place. He writes down list at 20,717 and says what do you think about the price? I say I will buy right now for 19,717. I know it's a low ball for the vehicle as I would pay asking price of 20,717. He goes to sales manager, been down this road, and the sm comes back and says what's your interest rate I approximate it and he says if I can beat it will you buy it. Sure !! The sm comes back and says we can't sell it for 20,717, as listed on cars.com (without any fine print that I saw, have screen shots of the details) but we can for $22,717. We leave unhappy and I email Ash lee and Nick Surdis asking for clarification about the cars.com posting but 4 days later no reply. Take what you will from it but this buyer went elsewhere. More

Fantastic no pressure sales experience! Kudos to Colonial Honda and Arthur Lauzier! I walked in with a problem I thought would take a month or more to solve and to my surprise walked out wi Kudos to Colonial Honda and Arthur Lauzier! I walked in with a problem I thought would take a month or more to solve and to my surprise walked out with a solution that reduced my cash flow, a better car, and a lease that doesn't lock me into to future leases with big down payments. In fifty years of buying cars, never have I bought a car from the first dealership I visited or on my first day looking for a new car. The lease on my Toyota Prius V was up in a couple of months. The 2015 model failed an IIHS crash test so I was looking for alternatives. The Honda Accord Hybrid was at the top of my list. Fortunately the salesman we met was Arthur Lauzier. He patiently answered all my questions and asked lots of his own before showing me what I thought I wanted. Later we talked about the total cost of ownership given my budget and driving patterns. To my surprise, we ended up buying a new Honda Accord Sport that required no down payment, reduced my monthly car expenses, and had a much lower payoff than a comparably priced Toyota Prius V. Arthur was informative, patient, a good listener, and actually delivered on an offer that I suspected was the opening round of a "bait and switch" scheme. Kudos also to Kevin Ward who took ownership of our problems in dealing with Toyota Financial and our vanity plates. The lack of sales pressure and patience were especially surprising in view of the large crowd at the dealership on 'Black Friday'. We could not be any more pleased with our experience at Colonial Honda. More

We are Florida residents but they said it was too difficult to register out of state. SO IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE INCLUDING MILITARY DON'T BUY FROM COLONIAL. It is more important to get the "unit" sold and off the lot than it is to provide the proper customer service to the out of stater. More

Minutes before I came to colonial Honda I had stopped at different dealer and I felt like I was bothering them but at colonial everything was completely different , I was pleased with the service and I would definitely recommend this dealer to all my friends and family . Colonial Honda is a 10 hands down . More
