No idea why I had to come back for this but here I am. I get here with my 9 year old to find out what I thought would be 30 minutes tops, I mean this is a brand new car, to find out it was a 2 hour wait! No one had warned me of this and now I sit in the waiting room. To say this aggravated me to no end is an understatement. When I went to pick up my “brand new” civic it had a dent on the hood and roof and it had 100 miles on it. They tried giving me the vehicle and wanted me to set up a service appointment to have it fixed. I refused the car and expressed my frustration. I was assured the car would be there the following day and would be given all weather mats for the inconvenience. Three days later I got my 2018 civic and was told if I give him 5 star rating he would give me the weather mats. He them called me the next day telling me I needed to give him the 5 star review before he would give me the mats that were promised to me. I gave him all 0 -1 stars. He can keep the mats with the way he treated us! Not very professional to blackmail your customers! Don’t even get me started on oil changes there! Every time I make an appointment the wait time is a minimum 2 hours every time! More
