This was our first research trip as we are looking for a new car for ourselves and potentially one for our daughter. Although we ultimately decided against getting a new car for our teenager, we are definitely looking forward to working with Nemesio again in a few months when we are ready to purchase a new vehicle to replace our Honda Odyssey that has 250,000 miles and is getting ready to retire. Nemesio is very attentive without being pushy, knows his products well and was extremely helpful. The manager was also very helpful to us. We have been having our cars serviced at Colonial Honda for years and are very happy with all aspects of the dealership. More

CHRISTOPHER FERRIERA 12/1/2016 Hello Everyone ! I haven't written a review on here on my car buying experience in some time now. And, it's not because I haven't boug 12/1/2016 Hello Everyone ! I haven't written a review on here on my car buying experience in some time now. And, it's not because I haven't bought a new car in a while. I'm still going strong and steady . Since 2011, I have bought a brand new car EVERY YEAR. Now, on with my review . I just purchased a brand new 2017 Honda Accord Sport 6 Speed Manual from Colonial Honda on State Road , North Dartmouth , Massachusetts . My Salesman was Christopher Ferriera. Christopher Ferriera is a wonderful Salesman. I initially met with Chris in January of 2016 and test drove the all new for 2016 Honda Civic. Chris was very accommodating. He let me drive the 2.0 Liter naturally aspirated Civic EX and the 1.5 Turbo Touring models. I took to Chris and his warm and honest personality immediately . Unfortunately, it wasn't the right time for me to get into a new car. However , I did promise Chris I would be back within 12 months to purchase a brand new Honda from him . Despite having easy access to competing Honda Dealerships, Christopher's personality and honestly had me sold when I met him in January . Therefore , I very much wanted to do business with him. I called Chris last Monday , 11/21/2016 and made an appointment to meet with him that morning at 11:30am. I met with Chris at the Colonial Honda Dealership and we discussed the desired car I wanted and my financial options . I told Chris that I wanted a 2017 Honda Accord Sport with a 6 speed manual transmission . Unfortunately , the dealership did not have any models in stock with a manual transmission. Though , Christopher Ferriera promised me his dealership could locate one and get it for me. We discussed the color I wanted. We discussed available rebates . My color choices were the San Marino Red, Black Pearl and Modern Steel Metallic. My first choice of color was the Modern Steel metallic . Chris promised to have my car located and at his dealership for me by Wednesday , 11/23/2016. The car was not only delivered as promised, but the dealership got the car for me 9 hours earlier than promised . I got the $2000 in rebates plus the dealership took an additional $1500 off the sticker of the car as a loyalty Thank for purchasing my Honda from Colonial. They also installed mud guards free of charge as well as free Simonize for my vehicles paint finish. A free extra protection Warranty that would cover small dents, dings, scratches as well as protection for the gorgeous 19" rims on the car . I can't say enough about my 2017 Honda Accord Sport . It's actually the first car I've bought in the last five years I actually really loved and wanted . Everyone at the Dealership was courteous , warm and professional . I can't say enough about Christopher Ferriera . He's not only a good , honest Salesman . He's a great , warm and loving person . These personality traits all shine through in the first five minutes after talking to Chris . His professionalism, and salesmanship shine through with such refined brilliance . I'm very happy to have become a part of the Colonial Honda family . I'm more grateful to know Christopher Ferriera . I think of him as my little brother . That's how great he is . Thank you Colonial Honda. Thank You Christopher Ferriera, not only for selling me a beautiful car, but for also selling me the experience of becoming part of the Colonial Honda family . simmple and professional Simple and easy process to lease new CRV again. Jonathan Silva was extremely competent, professional, and courteous making the experience a pleasant Simple and easy process to lease new CRV again.
