After recently being in a rollover accident and totaling my last car I was nervous about purchasing a new car. Having this be my first time buying/leasing a brand new car i had so many questions. Desiree was exceptionally helpful in answering any questions that i had and explained everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. When it was time to look at different cars Desiree was extremely knowledgeable on the products and compared different models and all of the details. After finding my new car she even helped me with my insurance agency and helped to explain things once again. To top it off Desiree brought my car down the street to my work so I could have it sooner! I had shopped around a little before going into Colonial Honda but always felt like the sales employees where pushy. Straight to the Point Tl;Dr: Andrea is great to work with, make sure y'all do your homework first! I came in knowing my budget, what model I wanted, and my alternatives. Tl;Dr: Andrea is great to work with, make sure y'all do your homework first! I came in knowing my budget, what model I wanted, and my alternatives. I worked with Andrea, who was fun and professional. I opened saying that I wanted a used CRV and gave her my price range. We found 4 cars that suited my needs, and then went out and inspected them. I made up my mind on which was the best for me and we took it for a test ride. The brakes were pulling and grinding, but the techs fixed that up the following morning. I took it for another test drive the next day and all was good in my book, so we talked price again. Andrea started with a price, I gave her a competitor's price, she talked to her manager and brought the price down and we shook on it. I had my own financing but their finance guy, Mike, was able to match it. Mike was a fast talker and tried upselling the warrenties. I know he was just doing his job, but I wasn't a huge fan. I did purchase the road hazard protection, so he was successful in selling me that hahah. They had the car ready to go in the time I was working out financing, transferred my plates, helped get my old car home, and even gave me half a tank of gas. It's day one with the car so I probably still have rose tinted glasses, but I'm happy overall putting myself 15.3k further into debt hahaha. More
