They took care of everything--registeration, etc--even though we're from Rhode Island. We were looking for a very specific model; several dealerships lied to us to get us into their showroom--a complete waste of time. Turns out that the car we wanted was not available in New England. Colonial gave us the best price and the most honest information without my setting foot in the showroom. Bought the car on the first visit. It was absolutely worth the drive. Highly recommend this dealership. More

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR!!! Unbelievable! The treatment hear at this facility is so poor, and more over, I can’t find a better word to describe them other than as swindlers! Taking money from people FOR NO REASON, accompanied with the EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE is what this one facility is doing to the name of Honda. It’s crazy how we have been to service our car for multiple reasons, and we went not once, not twice, but three times, before they finally “fixed” the problem. The other day, we came to get the car fixed for a weird sound it was making, and in the end, we ended up paying $400 dollars for nothing. They replaced a part, and then proceeded to tell us that the replaced part was not the cause of the problem. And will they return my money?? NOPE. Then, we asked why they would replace a part if it was fine in the first place…and of course, they have no answer. They proceeded to lie to us about their service as well, and then turned the tables and called US liars….ok. My husband and I went to colonial Honda today for our 2010 CRV to get checked due to some noise. What a Terrible experience!!! Would not recommend any one to go to that place for purchase or service.Technician told us we have to replace the tensionor and the serpentine belt, not the pump.We agreed for it and they told us it will be ready in 2hrs. But after 2 hrs Honda called and said we need to replace the pump also. But the noise is still there. Honda usually send a video regarding the repair during the work, which was not send to us, but when asked they said the system is not sending out the video. So we asked if we could just see it from their system, and they proceeded to say that their system was down...WE FELT CHEATED!! Unfortunately, we have had cars from this company since 2008, and they have done nothing but cause us distress, and WASTE. OUR. TIME. AND. MONEY. I don’t know why we didn’t stop using their service years ago. Save your time and money now, because if they treat you anything like they did with us, you are going to regret it. More

Took van home, talking to survey team, noticed they did NOT install everything I ordered, had to take it back to get the rest of the equipment installed, bad review was given as I was talking to the review team on the phone when I noticed things were missing. Purchased extended warranty to cover multiple years, used one year, attempted to get a refund as I traded vehicle in and no longer own the vehicle, over a month later still playing phone tag with their finance department. Avoid this dealership like the plague! More

Serious Honesty Issues My daughter purchased a 2016 HRV Honda from Colonial Honda. Her plan was to finance through AAA for a low finance rate of 1.99. She was told they woul My daughter purchased a 2016 HRV Honda from Colonial Honda. Her plan was to finance through AAA for a low finance rate of 1.99. She was told they would not process the registration until the check from AAA cleared which could take up to ten days. She would not be able to take possession of the car until after that period. Found out later that was not true. As her father I was asked to co-sign for the loan which would speed things up and lower the interest rate that they would be able to give her. The rate they told her was 2.69 which turned out on the paperwork to be 2.89. I then found out it is my car! Her loan somehow went into my name instead of hers. Hoping to hear from upper management at this time. I certainly hope this is all an accident and the loan will go under the correct name...my daughters! Dennis Desrosiers More

Our experience at that time was horrible due to the sales person who we asked to see the Odessey and he took us out to the parking lot and pointed to a lot and said they are over there and go and pick out the one you like and then we can talk. We left at that point. This time when we went in Neal Gomes approached us and our experience was great from start to finish. He was excellent to deal with. He explained everything in detail and the options that we had available. His attention to details were great. Neal came in on his day off so that we could pick up the car that day. We would highly recommend Neal Gomes to any of our friends or family that might be looking for a new car in the future. More
