Mr. Winn, I can imagine your frustration with the miscommunication regarding the plates and your title. Please accept my apology on behalf of our team. To clarify on what-goes-where, when a vehicle is financed with an outside lender, the title is indeed sent to the lender (in massachusetts, which is a title-holding state), but the license plates themselves would be supplied to you the customer, by our dealership personnel. I will personally address this issue by reviewing proper procedure with all employees. Regarding vehicle pricing, in today's competitive market, vehicle pricing can and often does change rapidly based upon market conditions. We really do try and post our very best prices online, as that is what our customers have asked for - upfront pricing. Between the time when you looked at the vehicle, and 2 weeks later, it is not uncommon for a price to change by $1400. Each day we re-evaluate our entire inventory's pricing to make sure we are competitive in the market - additionally, prices will decrease as the vehicle ages.
