we bought a pilot about 2 years ago, colonial experience was good, now heres the issue, we had a small problem reached out probably 5-7 times over the course of a couple days , just kept getting ping ponge was good, now heres the issue, we had a small problem reached out probably 5-7 times over the course of a couple days , just kept getting ping ponged around, transferred no one wanted to help, your customer service set you apart..... Now you lost a customer over a simple need... lady in service had no interest in helping finance wouldn't answer or return calls..... More
