Terrible Customer Service I had to call these guys back 4 times myself. For a company that values itself on customer service, these guys utterly failed. They made me an offer I had to call these guys back 4 times myself. For a company that values itself on customer service, these guys utterly failed. They made me an offer and I had to leave to take care of something important real quick. In the mean time the manager (Nelson) was going to look into a registration issue for me and call me back. They never called back. What I found out was, they would have an issue registering my car so they didn't want to do the deal they initially offered me. They never called me back to tell me this. Because it wasn't beneficial for them, they didn't see the need to complete the circle and give me feedback. So if you're interested in playing the game THEIR way and not coming to a mutual understanding together, go ahead....buy a car from them. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. More

Salespeople don't honor their word Leased a 2017 Honda Civic ex t, quoted a certain price for my trade in. Wasn't sure of payoff, so if i owed more I would pay more and if I over payed. Believe me if I owed them they would be hounding me daily for monies owed!!! More
