Bad experience due to one person's lack of professionalism Colonial Honda's pricing has always been pretty competitive, especially towards the end of the month. So we stopped by yesterday as they had a vehicle Colonial Honda's pricing has always been pretty competitive, especially towards the end of the month. So we stopped by yesterday as they had a vehicle in stock that my dad was interested in. Everybody we spoke to (John, Chip, Walleed) was incredibly professional and courteous, aside from Nelson, who ruined the entire experience we had there. When I asked Nelson some questions in regards to financing, he entirely avoided me and would direct his attention to my dad, who wanted me to be the one to talk numbers. At one point he had the audacity to say something to the extent of, "you have about 10 minutes to come up with a decision so we don't waste anymore of this salesman's time". Sadly, that wasn't even the most upsetting part. Nelson then flat out lied by stating that in order for us to qualify for flex cash, we would have to put down a total of $500 for them to "match". Unfortunately for Nelson, I had done my homework and knew this was a lie. I then asked to view the actual terms for flex cash, to which he entirely ignored. By this point, my dad was fed up with how Nelson was treating this entire situation and got up and left. This treatment, especially from someone in a management position, is completely unacceptable. If someone within a management position is willing to lie in an attempt to skew numbers in their favor, I can't imagine the other things they're willing to do. That being said, I understand people have bad days and this could just be a fluke. I don't know him on a personal level and I don't know if he was having a bad day, but I can certainly say that he's the sole reason we ended up purchasing at Boch Honda West opposed to Colonial. For an industry that prides itself on service, it's very unprofessional to try to force people into making long term financial decisions without providing answers to relevant questions alongside blatantly lying about the terms of Honda's programs. As much as I'd love to rate Colonial much higher because I've had nothing but great experiences in the past, this entire experience has definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. Overall, I wish we had spoken with any of the other sales managers as I feel very confident in saying we would have purchased at Colonial and this should have been a solid 5 star review. More

We have bought new cars before but Andrea was so nice, efficient, polite, professional and knowledgeable. She thoroughly took us through the vehicles and our options, then followed-up and stayed on top of all the processing and paperwork involved with the RMV and insurance, detailing, extra add-ons. It only took 1 hour at the dealership with Andrea and 24 hrs later the car was ready. She made everything so easy. At delivery, she showed us how to use all the devices and electronic features in the car and set-up blue tooth devices. She was fantastic and made the car buying process pretty darn easy. We never felt rushed, pressured or uncomfortable, It was almost like buying a car from a fair and honest friend. We are thrilled with the vehicle and she does a great job for her customers. More

LIES,LIES and More LIES Finance Department. Scott and George. HORRIBLE. LIES and MORE LIES. I have been waiting since 12/28/2016 for my reimbursement for my extended warranty Finance Department. Scott and George. HORRIBLE. LIES and MORE LIES. I have been waiting since 12/28/2016 for my reimbursement for my extended warranty money on the new 2015 Honda Odyssey that I purchased on /1/3/2016 that I sold on 12/28/2016 for a lot less than what was owed to the bank and less the stolen $600 and this is MAY 4,2017. WOW, FIVE MONTHS AND NOTHING. This is after faxing paperwork to close it on 1/10/2017 and re faxing it again on 3/22/2017. The old saying" The check is in the mail" since 4/13/2017. Where is it coming from? If it was from China, it would take 3 days. Are LIES a form of harassment? For sure it is not good or great customer service. SAD, SAD, SAD. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER. NOT A WAY TO BE TREATED.THEY OVER PROMISE UNDER DELIVER WITH A FAKE SMILE. More
