I felt I got a good deal and Joe walked me though all the new "bells and whistles" in my new CR-V. Thanks again Joe. More

(Said they would take deposit since we are 3 hours away so we could drive to get it.) Guy couldn't take pictures at that moment cuz of rain and said they would take them the moment they could and send them. Continuously checked email & phone and no response for over 5 hours. Finally decided to call and they said "Oh there are people signing papers right now to buy it." We were livid. Have been checking for this kind of car for days and these hacks sold it out from under us just to get the quick buck even though we were first and they agreed to take a deposit to hold. Owner said they "didnt do that" when we said we were told they would take a deposit and hold the vehicle. Very dishonest people. Never EVER doing business with a company like this and want others to know too. More
Worst experience ever I paid 22,600 cash for a car and they wouldn't pay for my rental for one day. Even the rental lady was in awe. The manager acted as if 45 would break the bank only gave me a 200 dollar deduction on list price. Felt unappreciated, disrespected, and by far the worst management I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. More
Horrible customer service Price was fair, but after the papers were signed all the problems began. I had several issues with the car that they still haven't resolved. I have a Price was fair, but after the papers were signed all the problems began. I had several issues with the car that they still haven't resolved. I have a 2015 and have been back for service 5 times in 2 weeks. My registration wasn't completed within the 7 day allotted time. Tony, the service manager was rude and condescending for Colonials wrongdoing. The finance guy was yelling and swearing from his office because I caught HIS error. He overcharged me and it took 3 weeks for them to cut me a check. The saleswoman was the only positive part. Never again will I go there. More
Best experience for car buying The only reason why I hate to trade in my car and do an upgrade is, Worst customer experience & tricky auto loan games. I would say that all other dealership should learn from colonial Honda to treat their customers. Stress free and Best Finance options. Excellent inventory. They treat their customers irrationally and equally. No stupid trade in values for the car we drive. I cannot forget to mention my sale woman Desiree. She is super friendly and super prepared for the work she is doing. When we walked in she had home work done on our odyssey with all new features. It was brand new model in market and she was super prepared. I was super happy when I drove my car out. I did recommend the same to my friends. More
Horrible sales department DO not do business with the sales team !!! They made a deal on a used car and I told them I was checking one other place. When I called back the same DO not do business with the sales team !!! They made a deal on a used car and I told them I was checking one other place. When I called back the same day and asked if the offer was still valid they said yes come on down. When I arived they told me my salesman was gone for the day and sent over someone else. While waiting I saw my original salesman walk in then they told me they changed the offer and tried to strong arm another 2,000 out of me because I was interested in the car. Stay away go to Herb Chambers or Silko for honest salesmen!! More
Lies, lies, and more lies about everything Unfortunately at this moment I am unable to award any part of the transaction as excellent I will list the reasons why below and give you and colonial Unfortunately at this moment I am unable to award any part of the transaction as excellent I will list the reasons why below and give you and colonial Honda the chance to change my mind. The issues are with: • Sales • Service • Financing Sales - Prior to deciding to purchase the vehicle myself and my boyfriend looked over the car and notice several problem areas. The first of which was the driver side front bumper on the bottom side of the headlight. There are the tabs that hold the bumper in place and all three are broken due to damage from the front bumper coming into contact with something. I made the sales person aware of this and said no worries we will fix this if you decide to buy it. Which was later confirmed by the sales manager. There is also damage to the bumper below the broken tabs. Damage includes long scratches over 4 inches and missing paint due to some abrasive although the missing paint is less than the size of a dime. The front passenger side door handle as deep damage that results in long line that penetrates the plastic which results in water collecting inside the handle. We had issues with the brakes as well, but the replaced the rear rotors which fixed that issue. The rugs were not included when we purchased the vehicle and had to request them later when we realized they were suppose to be included. After purchasing the car we were never made aware that the vehicle registration was ready for pick up after Jon Silva said he would call to let us know. Service – The sales manager working beneath Chip I think is Mieit (not sure of the spelling my apologies) offered his word in front of Chip and Jon Silva that the bumper would be fixed. Of course until they realized the whole bumper had to be replaced in order to fix the problem then they were like please work with us we can’t fix this after they already promised to fix it. We took it to them 2 times to be fixed for the bumper and each of the times they said the would fix it whatever it takes reassuring us that they would eat the cost of the repair. As you can see by this that promise was never fulfilled. Nor was the damage we pointed out to them corrected. In the 182 point inspection it does not specify any damage to the car that was correct nor the brakes/rotors in the rear needing repair. The 182 point inspection doesn’t even have the right color of the car on it. Our car is blue and the person that did the inspection wrote grey. Makes me wonder if they even looked at the car during this so called inspection otherwise these issue would not have passed. Financing – So here is the best part. During our talk with the finance guy named Mike (not sure of the spelling as well) He made it quite clear that we could not get financing unless of course we purchased multiple warranties which of course totaled to almost $5,000. At first we asked for the Honda certified warranty which was $1,000 which was acceptable with coverages and everything just to be safe for the first year. However Jon takes our application and papers to Mike and Mike comes out says the only way the bank would accept our loan was if they had complete certainty that the car was safe in case we don’t follow through we our agreement. This is the first car I have purchased from a dealer and the previous car was paid in cash for $13,000. Those warranties he demanded we sign were a $2,250 wrap warranty, $700 glasscoat, $600 tire and wheel warranty on top of the $1,000 Honda certified warranty. He didn’t even give me a chance to read the document demanding we need to sign so he can help other customers. It wasn’t until I was reading over the warranty that I saw purchase of this warranty is not required to obtain financing. As you can tell this made me extremely angry because he lied to me. Everyone at the dealership has lied to me and not kept their word. So, I get to my final point. I cannot give you a rating of excellency or even mediocre. I don’t like being lied to, made a fool of, or taken advantage of. I understand that this is buying a car, but these tactics are shady and inconsiderate and makes the buyer never want to buy another car from your company. As of right now I’m half tempted to get the arbitration of Massachusetts involved and explain to them what happened and get a lawyer just to prove my point and make sure other people are not taken advantage of. I’m going to give you the chance to fix this and make it up to me before I take it to far. I have a way with words please don’t make me use them. Sincerely, Paramee Pavakho More
My second time purchasing and I will be back! I went to Colonial Honda looking to replace my Camry I bought from there about 5 years ago. I hate the stress of car shopping as most people do but I had a good experience last time I was there so I figured I would try it again. When I first arrived, Desiree greated me with a smile and asked what I was looking for. I was pretty specific about what I liked and could afford. She immediately suggested a new Accord in the exact color I was looking for. We took it for a test drive and throughout she explained all the options in the car, answered any questions I had and was honest and friendly. When we got back to the dealership she worked out all the details smoothly and by the end of the visit I had a brand new accord! Picking up the car was a breeze too! As she walked me through how to work everything and even pre set my radio! It was such a good experience from beginning to end and took the usual stress of buying a new car right away! I will be back when I am in the market again which won't be for a while as I am in love with my Accord! Thank you Desiree and Colonial Honda! More
