Bad customer service! Ordered parts online. No order updates after 2 weeks so I submitted inquiries through the website and by email but received no response. I called twice and was told the parts were updates after 2 weeks so I submitted inquiries through the website and by email but received no response. I called twice and was told the parts were in and would ship out today or tomorrow. I asked to speak to the manager and was placed on hold for a while. Then the same guy (not the manager) told me the parts would not be in until next week. He said the manager was in a meeting so I asked for a refund and for the manager to call me back. The manger never returned my call. I won’t be doing business with this dealership again. More
