CRV Purchase Bought a car on Saturday with help from Aaron who is very new and tried his best to get all the information we needed, including bringing in someone t Bought a car on Saturday with help from Aaron who is very new and tried his best to get all the information we needed, including bringing in someone to make sure he was doing paperwork properly. (Possibly Courtney? Can’t recall her name but she was also very helpful.) He was clearly trying to make sure he did a good job and repeatedly thanked us for our patience. When I returned on Monday to finalize the sale, finance was painfully slow especially considering it was a cash sale. Also had someone being trained on how to complete and print my paperwork which is less than an ideal customer experience. Plus spelling error on forms (not the trainee’s fault) meant everything had to be redone. Took more than two hours to basically sign my name a couple of times. Aaron moved things along as much as he could but finance was not impressive. More
