I visited Colonial Honda on a Friday afternoon interested in a Honda CRV. I was greeted immediately and was introduced to Alex. He was most helpful asking questions on my wants and needs and answering my many questions. I found him to be knowledgeable, pleasant, polite and most important ...not pushy or aggressive. He actually showed me 3 vehicles and explained the differences in the different models. I wasn’t rushed and felt comfortable through out the visit.
