Great customer service We headed out to start what we thought would be an arduous task of looking for a new car to replace our 16 year old vehicle. We had made one other sto We headed out to start what we thought would be an arduous task of looking for a new car to replace our 16 year old vehicle. We had made one other stop before arriving at Colonial Honda in Dartmouth and as we parked we noticed a vehicle that we thought would be the perfect replacement but the price was just out of our budget. When we went inside we were assigned to Nemesio, who was actually just in on his day off doing paperwork. He greeted us in a positive manner and was excited to work with us, even on his day off. We told him what we were looking for, what our price range was, and how we really weren't in to buy but more look at vehicles available withing our vicinity. He pulled up the car we saw when we parked and we discussed how it was just outside our budget range. Over the next half hour Nemesio brought us on a test drive, worked with us on getting the price lowered and helped us to meet a monthly payment that was manageable and not over an extended period of time. Throughout the process, Nemesio was courteous and positive in his interactions. When we eventually agreed on a number we met with Audie, their finance person, who was a pleasure to work with. He explained all options available to us in regard to our payments and in relation to the warranties that were available to us as the car was a used vehicle. Although buying a car is a lengthy process (from the moment we parked the car until the time we walked out it took about 3hrs) we felt like we were treated with courtesy and honesty throughout that time frame. Since buying the car Nemesio has also followed up 3 times in the week since we bought it. All in all it was a very positive experience. More
