Andrea who helped me with buying the car and getting everything ready was friendly and an amazing person to sell me my car. Andrea presented such great professionalism and compassion to make sure the process for buying the car went smoothly. She made sure everything was ready to go before shipping my car out to Texas. Perfect is an understatement When I walked into Colonial HONDA I wasn’t sure if I was going to get into the car I wanted to be in. I was reassured as soon as I walked the door and When I walked into Colonial HONDA I wasn’t sure if I was going to get into the car I wanted to be in. Horrible service experience I'd been coming to this dealer to have my cars serviced for 6 years. I had a 2012 civic and currently have a 2011 crv. Brought it in for oil change, t I'd been coming to this dealer to have my cars serviced for 6 years. I had a 2012 civic and currently have a 2011 crv. Brought it in for oil change, tire rotation and any other suggested services. Left two hours later and the car was now shimmying at /over 60mph and when it brakes. Bring it back. The tires weren't balanced, only rotated. The customer has to ask for the tires to be balanced. First time I've ever heard of that. They balance the tires. I'm told the mechanic drove it and it's fine. I leave. Its still shimmying when it brakes. Back now for a third time in the same day. The rotors need to be addressed. Which wasn't done when the tires were rotated or the brakes inspected earlier. Despite knowing that dealerships charge more for service, I had been loyal to this place for 6years. I lost faith in their ability to do good, safe work on my car today and will not purchase from them again. More

Professional and amicable multiethnic group First contact by email then followed weeks later by phone with Andrew Simcoe on a Friday when we learned that our 23-year old Civic couldn’t pass insp First contact by email then followed weeks later by phone with Andrew Simcoe on a Friday when we learned that our 23-year old Civic couldn’t pass inspection. Andrew was prompt, clear, and specific with all info. We drove from Rhode Island and met Alex Alves at the door with our car right out front. Alex was delightful and prepared with all documents. He was easy to talk into and attentive. Alex was very good at instructing us on the new features of our 2019 Honda (a lot had changed in 23 years.) His colleagues worked efficiently and carefully at detailing our new car and making sure that we didn’t leave anything behind in our old car. Alex stayed past closing time to see us off and while we were meeting with Manuel Ramos to do paperwork (Manuel is efficient and well organized) Alex took extra effort to clean our license plates and put them in a new bracket. We recommend Colonial Honda and the people above mentioned without reservations. More
