I have had good interactions with the dealership, as I also bring my car there for every bit of service that has ever been performed on it. The only issue that I have is the first year after owning my veh also bring my car there for every bit of service that has ever been performed on it. The only issue that I have is the first year after owning my vehicle on the day that I reached 36,000 miles, which voided the factory warranty, one of my headlights burnt out. They covered it because it happened on the same day that I hit the mileage, however my other headlight burnt out two weeks and 2000 miles later, and they would not cover it, so I appealed to corporate Honda of America, and they also denied the claim, even though it was clearly a defect. In the owner’s manual, it says that they will warranty certain parts after the factory warranty is up on a case-by-case basis, so I was extremely disgusted by that as that headlight replacement cost me $1500. I would still like that money reimbursed, and it would completely change my outlook on the whole situation More
