We drove almost two hours from NH to meet with Andrea and Miguel to trade in my Pilot for a newer Pilot. I was anxious leading up to our visit because my previous experiences purchasing cars had not been ve Miguel to trade in my Pilot for a newer Pilot. Upon walking into Colonial, we were greeted with smiles and helped right away by Miguel and Andrea. They were extremely personable, helpful, informative, and patient as we made our decision. The difference between Andrea and Miguel and the other car sales people I have dealt with was that Andrea and Miguel made us feel comfortable, like a friend not just another warm body walking through the doors, and they never used the word “no”. They anticipated our needs and we’re proactive in their approach. They were extremely professional and when we walked out with the new Pilot, I felt awesome!
