It was over $2,000 cheaper than a vehicle from a competing dealership, with both cars being the same make and model with similar miles. Marcel was a pleasure to work with. He provided his cell phone number to me so I could reach him at any time. He was quick and efficient, while willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner. He offered to match my pre-approved interest rate that I had received from my credit union. The dealership did not match it. Instead, they got me an even better rate by financing with them. More

They seem like decent people. They worked hard to help me with my needs. Alex was responsive and timely. I have two issues tho. I was right across from the general managers office where there was an argument between the Manager and one of his guys. This is not a big deal but note able. I wasn’t entirely sure what was in the Manila envelope until the papers were signed. Come to find out the car fax report was in there and it noted that the car I just purchased had been hit in the rear end a couple years back. Everything looks fine but that worries me now. Like I said otherwise great experience! More
