She took the time to listen to my needs, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was her genuine willingness to help without any pressure. Desiree went above and beyond to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible. She did everything she could to help me get into my new 2026 Honda HR-V quickly and with minimal stress. That level of dedication and customer care is hard to find. Overall, this was a seamless and positive experience.
