What a difference from another Ford dealership! The Ford dealership in Hyannis wanted to charge me nearly $400 just for diagnostic services. Colonial did the diagnostics and repair (ABS sensor ring) f Ford dealership in Hyannis wanted to charge me nearly $400 just for diagnostic services. Colonial did the diagnostics and repair (ABS sensor ring) for $250. The Hyannis dealership estimated more than six hours for the job. They did the job so fast I also had them to other routine service work and I was out of there in three hours. After going to the Hyannis Ford dealership three times -- and never getting service due to time delays -- it was a pleasure to deal with people who respected my time... and didn't try to treat me as a open checkbook. Mark Johnston at Colonial's collision center was awesome to deal with. Not only was he friendly and patient with us after my son's accident but his quality of work was unbelievable making the car lo awesome to deal with. He worked with my son with his deductible as my son is in college and had him back on the road in just a few days. I would recommend this body shop over any shop I've ever dealt with. Definitely the place to go to even if you don't have a Ford! More

Stopped by to schedule an oil change, and was directed straight into the service bay. Dave noticed I needed a state inspection and was able to perform the inspection and the oil change right away.
