Outstanding customer service I came by the dealership to get some service on my Ford. "Amazing, timely and caring" I bought my car from Colonial Ford a year ago and had an accident with it. After bringing my car to different mechanics to fix (they could not). It has some serious issues I called Colonial and Joseph Murphy said bring it in. After a few days the mechanic (Arthur "Russ" Duchancy was able to locate the problem. They dealt with the insurance company, got me a rental car and when I picked my car up it was running like brand new! Joe called my to give me updates on how the work was progressing. They are a God send. We have bought are cars at Colonial and will again , we have also referred friends to them and they are also very pleased. More

car was fixed same day without anappointment I brought my wife's car into them because of warning lights. The took the car right away and fix a speed sensor issue.
