DC - Please call me when you are free - I can go over the Repair and Time in detail that is on the repair order that Kyle the service advisor called to discuss and you signed at pick up - Finding the electrical issue that caused the Trunk to open by itself on the 2017 Lincoln several times was not only time consuming -the tech also needed to remove all trunk panels and trim panels to find the electrical and water intrusion points - before replacing the third light and parts surrounding . 3/30/2025 This is a follow up to my already posted review. It is not getting better I would now like to give them zero stars. I asked them to do the right thing were my vehicle received body damage when it was in their possession. And no one knows what happened? They know what happened but decided to lie and be deceitful instead of being honest. They said they would not help me out we’re I gave them a bad review after weeks of trying to resolve it. And that it was not nice of me for doing that? So let me get this straight it was ok to deceive me on the paper work? By selling me a maintenance policy I did not ask for and did not see till later and was not discussed. Then the vehicle from the time I test drove it to the time I picked it up had body damage. And again no one did the right thing and just let me know and we could have resolved it. And I am not nice and should have been patient? Not sure what to do at this point but I just wanted people to be aware and maybe bring a lawyer with you to buy a car there and take before and after pictures anytime you drop your vehicle off there. I did not know I had to do those things so I guess I am a fool. This is 100 percent accurate what happened to me for anyone who is reading this and would say no way this happened. So please be carefully when shopping here. I will keep everyone posted to see if there was a resolution we I did contact the general manager and he did not call me back. Just Joe Almeida and said I was not nice for telling the truth. Sorry Joe I have ethics and a moral compass and to maybe help someone else from getting screwed. If your company would like to sit down and meet please let me know I would still like to resolve this. Thank you for the life lesson on how not to trust people.

PJ - I really hope we can connect and turn this into something more positive ,using social media as a lever to have Colonial Ford pay for damage that was caused two weeks after picking up and using your Commercial Transit is not the way to build a relationship . 5/12/2025 I did call Ron Almedia on 4/01/2025 like he asked in the response, and he did call me back after a few days. Asking what happened and I told him the story and he said he would get back to me that afternoon with a resolution. I did not hear from him, so I called again with no response. I am still waiting for a resolution Ron if you could call like you said you would. I would like to set up a meeting in person to resolve this situation so please call me back.
