I thought I was over charged for labor…. They forgot to fix the tail light, so when I pointed that out the truck went back in….and I think the labor clock started all over again…. $966.40 J They forgot to fix the tail light, so when I pointed that out the truck went back in….and I think the labor clock started all over again…. $966.40 J in labor charges seemed very high to change sparkplugs, fix a light, tire leak fixed, fluids,oil filter, tire rotation. I’m not sure what your hourly labor is but it seems to be $250. A few days later, some check engine lights came on…..the people are great at the desks. Its nothing personal like that. I brought the van in for a once over before travel, and now I’ll have to do it again. My over all feeling is I was overcharged, and something is still wrong with the van. Kyle was very professional and nice. I just think, that when the van came out and the light was partially dissasembled ( not completed ) and now the check engine lights are on that perhaps something was overlooked or not addressed? I don’t enjoy complaining because everyone is working hard and trying to please the customers. I’m a working class person and I don’t expect people to fuss over me…. I just felt that I paid a lot and still have check engine lights coming on. More
