Radio/GPS computer went bad. Fred and Peter found an APIM module inop, but due to our schedule, we did not have the time to get the problem fixed. We are often at Colonial Ford as we have 4 Fords in our family (at one time, we had 6 !!). I am always greeted by name and assisted quickly. I was fortunate to work nearby and the van would drive me to w family (at one time, we had 6 !!). I am always greeted by name and assisted quickly. If my car wasn't ready, I was always offered a rental/borrowed vehicle. The completed repairs were done as requested and our vehicles run great because of this! Thank you! More
