wonderful experience working with John Collas Buying a new car has always been one of my least favorite things. But this is the second time we have been to Colonial Ford in Plymouth to purchase a Buying a new car has always been one of my least favorite things. But this is the second time we have been to Colonial Ford in Plymouth to purchase a vehicle because we have had such great service. we especially wanted our favorite salesman John Collas to help us purchase our new Explorer. John couldn't have been more professional and caring. We bought our previous Explorer from him and had a great experience dealing with him, so we sought him out for this purchase also. All the other employees we met with to finalize our paperwork and financing etc. were super also. Thanks to John everything was done in a timely and very easy manner. The entire experience from walking in the door to driving away was about as good as it can get. Dennis and Jason treated me like a friend of 20 years. They didn't patronize me, they didn't try to hoodwink me, it was just straight up real. They should teach classes to some of these other idiots who treat you like a cheap wallet. I have never bought a used car before (I always lease new cars) and was very skeptical about the quality of the car and the experience. In fact, I dreaded going to the dealer as I have had bad experiences at other dealerships in the past (i.e. long waits, poor service). I was greeted very warmly by Jason and explained what I needed. I found him to be a great listener. He referred me to Dennis to take the car for a test drive. Dennis was great to deal with as well- no pressure, good information on the car and explained the quality of the vehicles they sell. Jason and Dennis made this a great experience for me. I highly recommend them. They are both very professional, knowledgeable, respectful of my time and trust worthy. Dennis delivered the car in impeccable shape.
