Needed an oil leak checked First time bringing my 2009 Ford Escape for service; needed to have an oil leak checked. I was brought out to the service area and the service tech po First time bringing my 2009 Ford Escape for service; needed to have an oil leak checked. I was brought out to the service area and the service tech pointed out a mistake made by one of the "15 minute oil change" companies that now requires an expensive repair. What I appreciate most is that I was not pressured into the repair but was given options, price quotes, and time to think about next steps. Rob Chandler was most helpful in documenting the problem and giving me the necessary information should I choose to pursue a claim with the oil change company. More

Overpriced The work I needed done was covered by warranty, but I was told "the mechanic was not willing to do it for that price".
