I waited over an hour for an oil change that I had an appointment for. While I was waiting I noticed the staff wasn’t the friendliest. Although I didn't purchase my Explorer from this dealership they treated me like I was one of their regular customers. The service tech was very friendly and was able to diagnosis all my concerns.
