Inspection sticker and recall I purchased a 2015 F-150 from a dealer in Plymouth, Ma and they could not provide me an inspection sticker. Since your dealership is near where I work I purchased a 2015 F-150 from a dealer in Plymouth, Ma and they could not provide me an inspection sticker. Since your dealership is near where I work, I decided to visit your service department. The gentlemen behind the desk set up the inspection and informed me that their are recalls on my 2015 F-150 that have not been serviced. The dealership I purchased them did not inform me. Not to pleased with them. Your service dept. performed the inspection and scheduled an appointment that same week to take care of the recalls. The recall work was completed with no issues. However I dropped my vehicle with the main complaint it was not running well, and while in asked to do a checkup as it was recently purchased. At the end of the day I dropped it off, there as NO solution to the original complaint. In the end they replaced the spark plugs/boots seemingly to appease me, but the engine ran worse less than a day later. Very upset and disappointed. Mostly because I spent more than I would have at my local mechanic, and still had the main issue I started with. Had my vehicle 3 days... More
