Owner of a new 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee, needed new front brakes. I brought my Jeep to colonial and the dealer installed a pair of Wagner break pads. After having the pads installed and driving the vehicle brakes. I brought my Jeep to colonial and the dealer installed a pair of Wagner break pads. After having the pads installed and driving the vehicle I noticed squeaking and rattling. I returned to the dealer and spoke to Brett and him and I took the car for a test drive. Brett heard the noise and said he would inspect the brakes. Brett took the time to remove the front pads and reinstall them. He also did a front end check to make sure everything checked out. Third time around the brakes were still rattling and squeaking. i called Brett and said I think the pads are defective. Brett without hesitation said bring the car back and we will simply switch out the pads. I purchased a new pair of pads and brought the car back to Brett. In the same day Brett removed the previous pads and installed the new ones. The squeaking and rattling has vanished and I am one happy camper!!! Moral of the story, Brett not only installed a pair of after market pads once, twice but three times! Brett didn't charge me extra, he was patient and was only concerned with getting it right. The fact of the matter was I was expecting aftermarket pads to fit light factory ones which I was advised aftermarket does'nt. The rattling and squeaking was the outcome of defective pads and their aftermarket status. Brett, you and your service team did me right and I thank you for that. My breaks work great, just like the day I bought the car. This is why I drive 45 miles to Colonial Vs I could drive 3 miles to Cental. I will continue to drive the extra miles for a quality of service you can olny find at Colonial Chrysler Jeep Dodge!! Thanks again Brett and Colonial Service team!! More
I have to say that my purchase this evening was totally by surprise.... Over the weekend, I called the Colonial Jeep (where I bought my first Jeep Liberty) and spoke with Jay Bhatty. I told him that twice by surprise.... Over the weekend, I called the Colonial Jeep (where I bought my first Jeep Liberty) and spoke with Jay Bhatty. I told him that twice my car would not start over the weekend and needed service... He promptly told me to drop it off and he would have the service team take a look at it Monday. I dropped my car off and spoke with a nice gentleman (not sure of his name), but I gave the key to him and spoke with him about might be wrong -- again, this guy was very personable and polite. Anyway, Monday came and I got a call that they had replaced the battery and changed the oil and I could pick it up in the afternoon. I went to pick up my car and Jay Bhatty greeted me and asked if I wanted to swap out and get into something new... I told him only if it were a lower payment and a nicer car. Well... while Jay worked his numbers, I left for my office in a 2012 vehicle (3 years newer than my previous car and the same make, but upgraded model)... I called my mum and asked her to meet me at my office and check out the leg room in the back seat ( I often times take my parents on appointments and one of them always ends up in the back and has trouble getting in (they are senior citizens) -- well, with the 2012 version she has no trouble getting into the car and felt very comfortable, which meant my business clients would feel comfortable and wouldn't have a hard time... (both counts are huge for me -- 1, that my parents could fit better an 2. My clients would fit in the vehicle better).... Anyway, Eddie Bhatty (who was my previous sales person) sat with me and worked to find me one last buyers incentive --which he found that I was eligible for. It made a nice difference for me. When I got up this morning, i had no idea that a new jeep would be in my future today... Thank you for the great customer service! They are going to meet me at my office tomorrow and pick up the car, get it washed, detailed, gassed up and a sticker -- along with going to my insurance company and handling the plate transfer. Thank you to the Colonial Jeep Team -- great job guys!! More

He met all our needs and worked hard to get us a price that we thought was fair. Eddie made buying a vehicle enjoyable, and since our purchase Eddie has always been more than responsive anytime I've had to contact him with any questions. For example, the DVD player that he managed to get for us had a malfunction and isn't working properly. I took the truck to the dealership so Eddie could see the problem for himself. He immediately contacted the vendor that Colonial uses to install the DVD player and is in the process of setting up an appointment for us to have a new unit installed. I have to be honest, I wasn't looking forward in having to deal with a pushy car salesman before the whole purchasing process began. However, Eddie was an absolute delight to work with. Eddie's mission is to take care of his customers and he has done so in the utmost professional manner. I look forward to purchasing our next car from Eddie because I know that he's a trustworthy guy and he'll take great care of us again. More

This was the 4th vehicle purchased at this dealer. This was the 4th time I've dealt with Jay and Eddie. This was the most amazing time I have ever encountered while purchasing any vehicle EVER. Jay worked so hard at making sure I got the best rate with the best bank. He was relentless at making sure I was happy with every step of purchasing my brand new truck. Jay made it simple to understand, while keeping me comforted throughout the process. Eddie...my man Eddie. He isnt just another pretty face, the kid knows his vehicles. Throughout the process this man showcased his knowledge on the details, ins and outs and price on each vehicle - until I was happy. There isnt enough I can say about this dealer. Purchasing through Colonial (with jay and eddie) has made me a better person. I suggest anyyone who is interested in purchasing new or used....go see these guys! Needless to say, my 2012 dodge ram 1500 (yes this things got a hemi) is by far the most favorite vehicle I have ever owned. More

I’ve purchased 2 cars from Colonial Dodge and would rate the sales experience extremely high. The issue is their service department, which will prevent me from doing any future business with them. The quality of their workmanship is poor and makes it hard to believe all the technician certification plaques they have on the wall are for people that actual work there. The issues I’ve had are too long to list in this review, but here are a few words of advice for anyone who decides to try their service department. 1)Check all their work COMPLETELY before leaving the dealership. They replaced a failed electronic door lock and in the process broke off the manual lock knob. They also reinstalled the door panel incorrectly so when I opened the sliding door it jammed. 2)Don’t fall for the SAFETY line. They’ll always find additional issues and when you say no, will tell you it’s a safety issue and you shouldn’t be driving the car. I caught them lying about my brakes that had been checked a week before elsewhere when the tires were replaced. 3)Compare prices. They charged me almost $300 to replace 6 spark plugs, which the other local dealer does for $175 and now gets all my service business. 4)If you purchased an extended warranty with the car, let them know before they start work. They openly admit their sales and service groups operate independently and only new car Chrysler plans are shared between their systems. Also, check directly with the warranty provider about coverage. They told me a repair was not covered and when I called the warranty provider, they said it was and sent me check. More
I have been going to this dealership for about five years now, never knew I could rate it, however my experience has been wonderful, from the sales department to the service department. Very pleasant helpful and HONEST people in that dealership. I have personally bought three vehicles from them as well as most of my family members we will not go anyplace else. One stop service is how I explain it. The service personnel are great, we go in for our routine oil changes and they always do a free inspection to our vehicles tell us what is going on and what may be needed in the future. It may not seem like an issue now but we need to watch this leak to see if it gets any worse. I know when I leave that dealership my vehicle is safe for my family. I have never been sold anything I didn't need. The prices are great, after my entire vehicle is being worked on by certified technicians. That is what I like a piece of mind knowing everything is good. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Very trustworthy and honest people. I love being on theri VIP list they email me when my vehicle is due for service and send coupons to boot.. More

My regular mechanic never agrees with their diagnosis, and he has an incentive to agree because he'd get to do the work. I just don't trust them. The people are really nice, but they're trying too hard to keep their service bays busy. More
