Horrible Service Experience I won't go into details, but I had a warranty repair done on my 2012 Jeep Liberty, it has been back 5 times, the first diagnosis being incorrect. I e I won't go into details, but I had a warranty repair done on my 2012 Jeep Liberty, it has been back 5 times, the first diagnosis being incorrect. I ended up with a FULL engine replacement and had to arrange rides to work and rental vehicles. After the engine was replaced, my check engine light came on and I was back yet again. I also have paid over 200 dollars out of pocket for items no covered through the power train. The service department ensured me that the rentals were covered every time. I just received my bill from my credit card showing a charge from enterprise because Colonial stated they only covered up to 5 days. Correct me if I am wrong, if the job takes longer than 5 days, shouldn't they still be responsible for covering the rental? Never mind the fact that none of this was ever disclosed to me, ever. I love Jeep and had great experiences with my 05 Liberty hence why I bought a 2012 Liberty. I will NEVER buy a Chrysler again and definitely not from this Dealership. More

Amazing Service Experience, HIGHLY recommended! I can't say enough how Colonial nails the customer service experience every time I go in for something. My issues are addressed promptly, and professionally. The work is always completed within the time they say it will be, and I am updated throughout the day of the progress. The knowledge of the Service Staff is exceptional, they really know what they are talking about, both the Mechanics and Service Reps. The work performed by the Mechanic (Pedro) was very clean, and thoroughly completed - a real professional and someone you can tell, takes the time to get it done right, and takes their job seriously. Great job, and thank you again! The service rep (Dan) really took his time to work with my schedule and set up an appointment that worked for me, as well as getting me set up with a rental. Dan followed up with me daily while my truck was in the shop giving me details along the way, could not ask for a better Rep to deal with! The Service Manager (Jay) made sure my waranty information was submitted thoroughly and to both my expectations, and FCA's to prevent any issues later on that would hold things up. He did so within a very timely fashion. Thanks guys! As always I will highly recommend this dealership, and its service department to anyone. As we all know getting work done at a dealership is not cheap, but I feel the quality of service at this dealership makes the price worth it - you're getting quality Mopar parts installed by trained professionals here that don't cut corners or mess around. I would even go as far to say the work performed at this dealership is at a higher quality than your car coming from the factory (being an ex mechanic this is saying a lot). I have no issues knowing my vehicles are in the hands of the pros at Colonial. Again, thank you for all you guys do here I will be a life time customer for sure! More

Jeep Grand Cherokee Service I took my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and was handed a $3,800 list of urgent repairs including a New catalytic converter and other expensi I took my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service and was handed a $3,800 list of urgent repairs including a New catalytic converter and other expensive parts to replace before the engine light could be reset and the car inspected. I then went to Seely Auto in Lunenburg and the car was fixes for several hundred dollars. They found a minor exhaust leak and actually did a complete quality mechanic diagnosis. This experience was very unsavory. The service attendant was courteous and nice but the diagnosis was terribly wrong and clearly unethical. This situation should never happen at a dealership. I wonder how often this type of bill inflating happens at Colonial with less persistent or knowledgeable customers. I would not return. DO NOT GO HERE. More
Warranty work, 2014 Wrangler We bought a new 2014 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from Colonial in Sept 2014. Recently it developed a slight smell of antifreeze when we parked, so we We bought a new 2014 Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon from Colonial in Sept 2014. Recently it developed a slight smell of antifreeze when we parked, so we took it down to colonial for an inspection. The service dept diagnosed a small leak in the radiator. They said the parts would be delivered the next day. The next day, they called by noon to tell me the repair was complete! I appreciated the extremely quick turn-around, the fact that they called and kept me in the loop with the status, and the quality of the work. I checked it out when I picked it back up, and the quality of work was on-par with the factory. The entire procedure was quick, painless, and fully covered by the warranty. I couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend the service department! More
The employees did 110% of their best to get us on the road On our way to PA from NH a fuel injector failed. We by chance puled off at this exit. The employees, Jay S was able to put our vehicle in the service dept. for a quick check to find that 2 more injectors needed to be replaced. A mouse also chewed some wiring. Parts were ordered and installed the next morning. The staff was most helpful in finding a hotel, ice for the cooler and very friendly and pleasant to work with. We would definitely use this dealership if we lived in the area. They are highly recommended by our family. More

Never mind the fact that I have waited in the service department and there for no one to be found anywhere for over 10 minutes. I have brought a car there multiple time in a row and the same problem still exists. Not happy with the way things have been handled, I don't believe things have been handled in a professional way at all. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I also requested warranty service for a cargo shade on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The handle was cracked, the service advisor Mike Fredette examined the handle and confered with the service manager. The result was that they agreed to replace the shade at no expense to me. So, I am very satisfied with Colonial. Also I spoke with Mike Ballos and he was friendly and helpful, the same as he was almost 2yrs. prior when I bought my vehicle. My only concern is of my making, I travel from Western Mass. to this dealership, I wish they were closer. Paul Harvey More
