Heavy on misinformation / light on communication After Sales service has been lacking. Brought my 2018 Wrangler, which I purchased from Colonial in for 2 issues above and beyond oil changes and tire After Sales service has been lacking. Brought my 2018 Wrangler, which I purchased from Colonial in for 2 issues above and beyond oil changes and tire rotations. Once was for a recall on the steering damper, and the other was for an issue with my rear defrost. Had to make multiple trips due to lack of communication and misinformation. Spoke with the service manager, and subsequently the GM, and have lost faith in the service department. As a side note, I had a great buying experience, and am disappointed in the post sale service.
