Great service Scheduling with Amanda was easy. Nick was very efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. When it was decided I needed more work done on the Jeep tha Scheduling with Amanda was easy. Besides staying on top of the service for my Jeep and keeping me updated, when everything was done he carefully listened to my concerns about my phone connection and auto seat setting and he then went out to the car with me and corrected both situations. Rick is one of the best Jeep techs ever. I obviously trust him with my life. Steve, the manager, who I met for the first time, was pleasant to talk with, showed interest in why I was there and said to contact him if I had any concerns, which I didn't. On one vehicle. Not everything that you have in stock. That is simply called a scam. Really makes the sales reps job a challenge. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
