Most dealerships either tried to convince me to close that week or stopped paying attention to me because they realized they would not get a quick sale. Chris Farias on the other hand, listened to my situation, gave me some advice, and then contacted me about once per month in a no pressure way with value added information about the different models and options available to me. I had tons of questions and he patiently walked me through everything I needed to know. One of my biggest concerns was finding a dealer that would work with me on aftermarket parts and mods to the jeep. I am new to jeeping and needed someone that could help me learn what I wanted to know. Chris has already helped me source several parts at better prices than I could find on the internet, got me a great quote on a custom paint job, and personally helped me install a new hood. He has gone way above and beyond both before and after the sale. More

We are a repeat customer. While going to an oil change of our Charger, we looked at the Challengers. My husband has always wanted one but 3 years ago we could only afford the Charger. David was more than helpful! He explained everything there was to know about the Challenger! He explained every part and situation with the R/T vs the S/R/T and at that time I realized we do not need an S/R/T!!!!! We are not entering the NASCAR race!!! After all of the above, I did some figures with Dave & Tony and brought my husband in on the deal!! Again, we just had to finalize the color! He test drove a 2009 and was impressed! Again, Dave explained and answered all questions. I think he is their "Challenger" specialist!! Hours later, we came back for our brand new 2010 Challenger, did the paperwork with Jay (too bad more couldn't be online and paperless!)and explained the importance of the warranty coverage which we had on our Charger. We also learned something new (because we put less down on this newer car) and that was the GAP protection. Made sense to my husband immediately!! Protect yourself from other drivers out there! The sales team searched hard for the exact cars we wanted and even drove to Pa. to get a car for us. They never tried to push us into something convienent for them. We have bought four cars from Colonial three for my children one for my wife all have been super experiences. The people at Colonial are excellent , we worked with Dave Jr. in sales and Jay did our closing which was the best closing process in the industry, not the usual pressure to buy crazy undercoatings or warranties that made no sense. The owner and and general manager are fantastic as well and took the time to meet us in person.( a first for us) Colonial has a high personal contact philosophy which is so refreshing. They really care if we are happy as customers. Colonial jeep is the best dealership experience we have ever had. The Service has been as good as the sales expereince. Colonial is the best dealership group I have ever worked with. I have purchased a total of 5 vehicles from the colonial group (2) Mazda RX8s (2) Jeep Wrangler Unlimiteds and most recently a 2010 Dodge Gran with. I have purchased a total of 5 vehicles from the colonial group (2) Mazda RX8s (2) Jeep Wrangler Unlimiteds and most recently a 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan for work. My first dealings with Colonial Jeep was based on price and inventory. I did the complete research online and decided they had the vehicle I wanted. When I showed them the sales sheet for the competing dealer, they were already lower on the price but they matched the processing fees from the competition. This was the start of a lasting relationship with Shane in sales and Jay in the finance department. About 6 months later I liked that Jeep so much I wanted another one so the family would now not have to fight over which car to take. I made a call to Shane and he searched the inventory until he found the vehicle I described. Jay had all the paperwork ready for me to make the transaction as quick as possible when I arrived at the dealership at 8:55pm to finalize the deal. Lastly, when it came time for my company to purchase a new van, there was no reason to shop at this point. I called Shane, he listened to me and brought a van that matched my requirements to my office and the vehicle was purchased without stepping into the dealership. Jay worked with my business manager to close the deal and we are having the new van delivered next week! Although, it took me several vehicles to get to this level of trust, I am truly fortunate to have found a dealership group that gives the service and attention to detail comparable to the experiences of yesteryear.
