When I was initially invited to take the vehicle for a test drive, Eddie asked what time I would show up so they could have the vehicle ready to go....AND IT WAS!!!! The vehicle was ready to go when I got there. Right in the front row of the lot, no waiting around while they dug it out from behind other cars. Both Eddie and Michael worked to get me into a vehicle I would be excited to own and at price I was comfortable with. The sales process was professional and painless. Throughout the sales process Eddie and Michael stayed in touch with me. They called me when they said they would and didn't make any promises they couldn't keep.
