We had been car shopping for a few weeks and was unimpressed by the dealerships. Not the cars, but the dealerships themselves (Toyota, GMC and Chevy). I stopped by Colonial Dodge on a Tuesday expect unimpressed by the dealerships. Not the cars, but the dealerships themselves (Toyota, GMC and Chevy). I stopped by Colonial Dodge on a Tuesday expecting to just check out the Rams. Eddie Bhatty approached me and asked me what I was looking for. Within 50 minutes, Eddie had narrowed my search down to 1 truck. Not only did he help us find the truck that worked for us--ammenities and price-- but he also worked with us on some after market items that we really wanted. Neither Eddie nor the manager pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable in any way. We have bought half a dozen new cars in our life, and working with Eddie was by far the best experience yet. He was knowledgable, personable and kind. I trusted him right away. He worked well with us and our two young children. The Ram brought is to Colonial Dodge, but Eddie sold us on the dealership. So much so that I told him I would consider buying a new Dodge when our other cars goes just for the opportunity to work with him again. I vistied Colonial because they were the only dealership in the area to have the R/T trim Durango that I wanted. I live an hour area and it was worth the trip. When I picked up my truck, a fog light was out. The sales manager came out got on the ground in his dress clothes to take care of the plug that had popped out. A couple of days later, Chris called me to tell me that because I had owned a Dodge in the past, I was getting a $750 owner loyatly rebate, even though I traded in a Subaru! Would highly recommend to anyone. More

Purchased a 2011 Dodge Challenger SRT8 392 from Eddie (Salesman) and Mike (Manager) at Colonial CJD in Hudson, Ma. It was the first time I ever visited their dealership. As soon as I walked in, they tr (Salesman) and Mike (Manager) at Colonial CJD in Hudson, Ma. It was the first time I ever visited their dealership. As soon as I walked in, they treated me with respect as a consumer and a person. This was really important to me as I had visited 2 Dodge Dealerships that simply did not care to treat me like a person or consumer. The entire transaction was a great experience, never once did Eddie try to pressure me or push into a decision. The vehicle I wanted they did not have in-stock and they got one for me but it did not meet my expectations, so I declined it. At that point I thought for sure they were going to convince me to take that one, but to my surprise they found another one exactly the way I wanted it. I can still remember Mike the Manager saying to me "I want you to feel comfortable with the car, if you don't like it we will find another one". That really impressed me, I knew right then I was buying from the right place. The entire team there is upbeat and polite. Any questions on the vehicle, financing, on my trade, they answered. I can't think of one thing they didn't do for me. They took care of everything. If you are looking for a no hassle, pleasant buying experience, do yourself a favor and visit them.
