One of the best experiences I have had with a dealership. Everyone was knowledgeable, straightforward, friendly, professional, and passionate about their business. Jerell Difulvio was the first contact that I had from the dealership after identifying a vehicle I was interested in from the web. He definitely wanted my business. We agreed to a time to view the Jeep the I was interested in. When I arrived at the time we agreed , he had the vehicle ready for m inspection as he said he would, and had Dave Egeland , one of the tech responsible for the build of the vehicle, to walk me through all of the details and particulars the made this jeep special. Dave knew this Jeep inside out, and was able to answer any question that I had. This kind of attention to detail was a new experince to me from a dealership based on a phone call just one hour earlier. That passion and true understanding of the Jeep that I wanted to buy gave me th complete confidence about th dealer and the car I wa considering buying that made the decision to purchase form them very easy. Mike Ballos helped bring the deal together and made it happen. My vehicle was ready sooner than expected, and when I went to pick it up , Chris Gourley took th time to completely walk me through and understand the vehicle that I was purchasing. Since this was a professionally modified vehicle that they had built, Chris took the extra time to make sure that I understood all of the nuances of the build, and personally walked me through the vehicle orientation. I left knowing that I made the right decision to buy from Colonial Dodge. More
On April 18th, I went to Colonial Jeep and Dodge to purchase a new- used vehicle. My brother referred me because he had already purchased three vehicles from them in the past.He told me not only are th purchase a new- used vehicle. My brother referred me because he had already purchased three vehicles from them in the past.He told me not only are they a really good dealer but the associates who work there are exceptionally pleasant and extremely helpful; most particularly Jay and Eddie Bhatty. He was not wrong. This was my first vehicle i have ever purchased and needless to say I was very nervous and uneducated. I called Eddie on Wednesday the 18th and told him I wanted to buy a car and I wasn't very particular as to what kind. I told him i had poor credit and it wasn't going to be easy to get me into one. he told me not a problem. When i got there we filled out the paperwork and about 4hrs and nine banks later, Jay came out and said we were all set. I was in aw. meanwhile Eddie had kept my girlfriend and I entertained and educated us on some of the shop vehicles while Jay was busy on the phone. And then after six short hours i had test driven the car, filled out the paperwork and shook hands with the gentlemen before I was on my way. For someone who has been working costumer service my entire life, these guys, Jay and Eddie Bhatty are the definition of that word. I will forever return to this dealership not only for the large selection of vehicles to choose from, but the incredible costumer service that was performed. Jay and Eddie Bhatty, you guys rock and car dealerships need more people like you two.Thank you so much! And thank you Colonial Jeep for hiring two of the most helpful guys i have ever met. It's been many years since I have purchased a vehicle. I finally decided to stop in at Colonial in Hudson because someone close to me referred them. My daughter and I were greeted the moment we walked in by Gary Innamorati and he was very helpful and kind. He asked how he could help us and although we weren't very detailed in what we were looking for, he was willing to show what Colonial had to offer. He showed me a few vehicles that fit my needs and after a couple test drives, I ended up falling in love with a Dodge Journey. Gary was lovely to work with, very patient, and also very professional. He did not pressure me to buy any vehicle. I appreciate the efforts Gary put in. He constantly kept communicating and updating me on the status of the Journey. Although buying a vehicle is a hard and long process Gary made it worth my while. Gary is a great salesman along with the other employees at Colonial in Hudson and I definitely reccommend them! They all did their best to satisfy me! The only downfall I experienced throughout the process was how long I had to wait to actually pick up my new Journey. More
Everyone at the dealership was very friendly. There was a large selection of mini-vans to choose from and to help make the decision on which options we wanted. The one downside was the amount of time we had to spend waiting for a number of things; waiting to see the vans because there were kept off the lot, waiting for a price on the trade, waiting for the finance officer, waiting to get the information on the loan particulars. Normally, this might not have been an issue, but chasing a 2 year old around really drove it home (pardon the pun). A kid’s area in the waiting room might have helped; the chalk board wall was a nice touch. I wish we could have planned to have the inspection sticker on the vehicle before we left the dealership. Overall, we are happy with the van so far. Eddie spent some quality time with Erin on the test drive, then later explaining the many options to her and helping her set up the Bluetooth and other electronics. I hope this info might give you a different angle on a customer's experience and I would recommend both Eddie and your Dealership to friends. More
This was my first experience using Colonial Dodge and I couldn't have been happier. The first salesperson I spoke with was Gary Innmorati and although he is a relatively new salesman he handled my purchase couldn't have been happier. He returned my calls when he said he would and made my purchase of a 2012 Challenger SRT8 easy. Michael Ballos was the finance guy behind my purchase and although I think he could have given a slightly better deal he was fair and honest. I bought the car I wanted in the price range I expected without any hassles that's about the best a buyer can hope for. Dave Egeland was the Challenger SRT8 EXPERT that went through all the options in my Challenger with me prior to driving my car off the lot. Dave was incredibly patient with me and Extremely Knowledgeable about all the optional equipment in my car. I have been lucky enough to be buying only new vehicles for the last 30 years and this was the best experience I've had at a dealership ever. Ken Hatch More
