I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and when I got home noticed that the privacy shade in the rear cargo area was torn. I went to colonial because they had the closet match to what I was looking for. I met Eddie and told him what I was looking for and he suggested we take the closest car they had for a test drive and then what I was looking for. The test drive went great, I was sold, the new dart was for me. We sat down and Eddie went through every option that I wanted (or thought I did) and we set out to find the car. Once everything was worked out and talked about and somethings were explained I really knew what I wanted and the car was actually on their lot. Eddie was great and personable through out the whole transaction and I felt very comfortable with my choices. While we were working things out the rest of the team worked hard to make sure I was able to be financed and I got what I was comfortable with for my trade. When it came time to sign and make things official I was so relieved and thankful that Jay spent the time to explain everything, offer me suggestions and options that were good for me and I knew where every dollar was being spent and taken from, where in the past all I knew was the payment was where i wanted and never knowing how they got to it or seeming the final numbers broken down and explained. This whole expierence from top to bottom was great! More
