The sales person Gary I.,was friendly and knowledgeable. I experienced a problem with the new Jeep, but the sales person Gary and the General Mgr. Mike Ballos provided sub. transportation and transport of m I experienced a problem with the new Jeep, but the sales person Gary and the General Mgr. Mike Ballos provided sub. transportation and transport of my vehicle at the dealer expense. The service dept. personnel specifically Greg was also helpful. Finance consultant Jay Bhatty was also knowleagable and polite. Overall I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I shopped at other dealers and evcen though most have a similar procedure Colonial was not pushy or demanding and counter offered fairly. We went into the Colonial dealership on Saturday Oct 20, just to poke around and see what was there. We were interested in the 2012 Jeep Liberty, Nick Ballos was helping us because the other sales rep I spo just to poke around and see what was there. We were interested in the 2012 Jeep Liberty, Nick Ballos was helping us because the other sales rep I spoke with was busy. What a wonderful young man Nick is. We test drove the Jeep and loved it. Came back on Sunday, requested Nick and bought the vehicle. Nick new the car well and gave little tidbits of information that we had not known..Love love the Jeep Liberty, and had a great experiance with Nick. He is a fine young man and his manager should be very proud and honored to have Nick at his dealership.. We will positivley be going back there when it is time for Me to get a new car..cant say enough about the dealership as a whole, they dont pressure you at all and that is what we liked most.. much luck to Nick Ballos in his career..Shirlee and Bob Cody More
