I have had some bad experience in the past, buying a car. So when a friend of mine recommended go to Colonial Chrysler Jeep and Dodge in Hudson MA, I was somewhat unsure. When I did go, I was met by Jerell Difuvlo, who was very patient, kind, and understanding of how I felt. He explained everything to me, from what I wanted in my car, and what was not needed. The paper work, was easy, and after a few hours, I was drove away in my new Dodge. Before I left, I told Jerell that I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone who was looking to buy a new Dodge, or Jeep. And that I wanted to make sure that all future purchases would be made only with Jerell. I will give a 35 rating to my overall experience on a scale of 1 to 10. We had a great experience with Chris Farias and the Colonial Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Hudson MA. I was drawn to the dealership because of the very positive reviews on Dealer Rater. I was looking for Colonial Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Hudson MA. I was drawn to the dealership because of the very positive reviews on Dealer Rater. I was looking for a 2013 Dodge Challenger with very specific options. We are members with USAA and were able to get a great quote from other nearby dealers, but either had mediocre or poor experiences with any of them. We took the quote to Colonial and Chris and they were able to match it with none of the standard shady dealer tactics around negotiating. It was one of the best processes we’ve been through. Since we were looking for a car with specific options, they didn’t have it on the lot nor could we find one nearby so we ordered on from Dodge. Chris placed the order the day we came in and did a great job estimating how long it would take and keeping us posted on the status. We closed the deal after the car came in and Ray, the finance manager, was also very easy and straightforward to work with. They got the car cleaned up and prepped very quickly in order to accommodate our schedule. Overall, we had a great experience with them. They are knowledgeable, straight-forward and hard working—great to work with overall! I would be happy to do go back to Colonial and Chris to buy from them again, which I think is the highest praise I think you can give a dealer. More

I came to this dealership because I saw that they had the model vehicle i was interested in with all of the specs I wanted. I met Eddie when I first arrived and he was very helpful.
