I just went to browse the lot at this dealer as it was close to home and I was on the lookout for a new car. JERELL DIFULVIO approached me and offered his assistance. After showing me some cars on the lot, none of which was exactly right for me, he found a Nissan Versa on the computer which was at another Colonial dealer in Massachusetts. He arranged to have it brought over the next business day and after a test drive I knew I had found MY car. Jerell made the whole purchasing process a breeze. For a senior citizen on her own that made all the difference. He was extremely patient and walked me through every step, having to explain things more than once. There was no pressure(which would have scared me off) and I felt he really understood my situation and what would be right for me. David( fellow Englishman) also helped and was a pleasure to talk to.
