A quick and positive experience I visited Colonial Dodge in search of a 2014 Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4X4. I first met with Matt Salski and was soon joined by Chris Farias. Chris let me know that Matt was fairly new to the sales staff, helped with my initial questions and seemed to act as an adviser or supervisor throughout the process . Matt served as my primary sales person. Both Matt and Chris where personable and straight forward. They offered a truck that met my needs at a fair price so I decided to buy it. The dealership efficiently handled the financing and registration process. I agreed to buy the truck late Friday afternoon and drove it away by midday on Saturday. I suspect that if I had visited earlier in the day, I might have been able to purchase and drive away with the truck in one stop. Overall, it was a very efficient process and a pleasant experience and so far, I am very happy with my new truck. I would not hesitate to deal with either Matt or Chris and Colonial Dodge in the future. More
