The reviews are true! I was looking for a new car and found the vehicle I wanted on cars.com at Colonial in Hudson. I buy a new car about every three years and dread the entire process. I went online to look at the reviews and ratings for the dealership and was impressed at the reviews I read, so I thought I would give them a try. I called and a gentleman named Eddie spoke with me about the vehicle I was looking for. He was very professional and eager to help me with my possible purchase, but they all are until you get there. Not these guys. This experience was totally different. Eddie was very easy to deal with, low pressure, and incredibly professional. He introduced me to the GM Chris Gourley who was a great guy just looking to put a deal together to get me into the car I wanted...no hassle, no strongarm tactics, just a great guy looking to help...simple. I was in at 1:30pm, took the car out for a no hassle test drive and they put the deal together in a half an hour. I left and came back at 5:00pm and met another great guy, Ray J the finance manager. He was very thorough and walked me through the entire process in 15 minutes...and that's it! Amazing. If you're looking to buy a car and tired of being treated like a number, stop by and ask for Eddie, then meet Chris and finish off with a little Ray J. You will not be disappointed. Mike Bialek More

However, because of disgraceful customer service at another unnamed Jeep dealership of off Route 93 in Methuen, we continued to search, and the Colonial webpage popped up on the monitor. We couldn't have been more fortunate. Great customer service from the moment we walked in the door. We dealt with David Worth - whose war stories from "The 'Burgh" and across the pond made it a more personable and pleasant experience. Always quick with correspondence and helpful at every turn, David was fantastic. He was never pushy or assuming, and he understood that people have a budget in the real world these days. The 2011 Grand Cherokee was already at a fantastic price, and David worked with us to ensure we got the deal we were comfortable with. Ray Jimenez was also very helpful with the finance aspect, describing the paperwork process and explaining everything in detail. It was definitely worth the trip down to Hudson - it is no secret why these guys are RATED #1 IN THE STATE. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a car upgrade. More

The entire staff at Colonial went above and beyond anything a normal dealership would do to accommodate a customer. If I decide to purchase another Dodge or Jeep, I would not hesitate to do business here again. Everyone was friendly and polite. Ray Jimenez promptly had all the required paperwork ready upon my arrival so all we had to do was about 10minutes worth of paper signing and I was out the door. My vehicle had a small issue upon inspection; however Mr. Hollis was able to efficiently diagnose the issue, replace the part and send me on my way with a smile on my face. More
