After Initial email with Eddie Bhatty he advised me he could get the color I desired. I went done to negotiate a trade for my car. After a little haggling back and forth I Got to meet the G.M. Chris Gourley. He took the time to explain to me the whole process of trades and values. We decided to meet at a point which made me happy and he got a sale.My salesman Eddie was a "Great" guy who made the buying process as simple as it could be. He got back to me either by phone or email within 1/2 hour every time. When it was time to pick up my new truck Eddie made me very comfortable with finishing the paperwork while Chris the G.M. came by to congratulate me again with my purchase. I finished all my finance paperwork with Ray Jimenez who also made it very quick and to the point without all the high pressure stuff you usually see in Dealerships which we all hate! I was taken to the detail department by Eddie because of concerns I had in the past with other Dealerships. They were all friendly and did a great job of making my truck even better looking than before. I was also taken to the sales department to meet Dan Burke who also congratulated me on my purchase and was shown how the department work when you dropped off your vehicle for service. I had such a great buying experience at Colonial that I would highly recommend this place to anybody looking to buy from them without worrying about high pressure gimmicks or old school tactics.
