I also requested warranty service for a cargo shade on my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The handle was cracked, the service advisor Mike Fredette examined the handle and confered with the service manager. The result was that they agreed to replace the shade at no expense to me. So, I am very satisfied with Colonial. Also I spoke with Mike Ballos and he was friendly and helpful, the same as he was almost 2yrs. prior when I bought my vehicle.
